I have placed this order from my computer at work. We have an older version of Internet Explorer...so navigating your website was a little difficult. Our IT department has not yet seen fit to upgrade to a newer version of Internet Explorer.
Very easy and cheap so far. We'll see how long shipping and handling takes, and if its what I expect when it arrives.
The hardware arrived more than a week ahead of when I expected it, given the free shipping and estimated handling time to fill the order. All 35 pieces are in perfect condition. 25% cheaper than a big box store, no sales tax, easier to use web site and excellent quality. I'll be back. Thank you.
For light weight items such as I ordered Priority Mail is cheaper then UPS or Ground FedEx. I should be allowed to have my PO Box used for shipping at the "freight saver" rate.
Confusing site.
Product ordered on Wednesday, received on Saturday and I thought I wouldn't see them until the following week, I was able to finish my little project that same weekend and I couldn't be more pleased with your service. My only complaint (and it's really not a complaint) is that I tried to email a compliment but there wasn't a place on your website that I could find to do so.
At any rate, you won me over as a customer and I'll be back!
