PERFECT. I WISH THAT I HAD ORDERED THE OTHER PIECES THAT I NEEDED TOO, BUT DECIDED TO ORDER THEM FROM SOMEONE ELSE. I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY "CHEAPER" STUFF FROM THE OTHER VENDOR. I'M SURE THAT I WILL BE DOING BUSINESS WITH HARDWARE & TOOLS AGAIN.

We live in California and have a home in Lake Tahoe. We had an order to be sent to the Tahoe residence but had to change the delivery to our home in Santa Clara. Elise from Customer Service called us and solved the problem in a most gracious and efficient manner. Thank you, Elise. We had previously ordered this product from this company. It arrived in good condition and we were able to install the channel drain before the first snows in Tahoe.
