Two days in a row, I stopped in to pick up a sandwich late in the evening both times I went through the drive-through there wasnobody else behind me. I placed an order for just a burger both times they made me pull forward and wait the second time when I why can't I just wait here at the window for my order? The girl got real snotty and told me to just pull forward that I couldn't sit at the window and of course, when I got myorder, they were cold. I sent a complaint to Hardee's corporation itself and never heard a response from them. They don't give a crap about their customers

I ordered on the hardees app went in told them I had an online order for 3pm gave them my name they said NOPE sorry no order and NO FUTURE order either. Told me to go home and see what happen 40 minutes away. Called back an hour later no one answered the phone several times. Finally got through they said the order came in AFTER THEY TOLD ME TO GO HOME. I asked why didnt you say wait a few minutes when I was there? They didnt care and said file a complaint with corporate and also get your money back from them. Hardess does not even have a working customer phone number.

Waited 10 minutes and never got waited on we left and thw manager was on cell phone the whole time she needs to be fired, only when we decided to leave she said i can help you now, no thanks not even if it was free, ploease fire her

The restaurant was not busy at all and it was right at 11am. We eat at Hardee's whenever we can, because all the ones we've been to have all been great, however today, our lunch was a disaster at the Hancock MD location. Our order id# **************, for $13.96 was only warm, I think someone loaded our sandwiches with an extra amount of ketchup and mustard, because it was running off the soaked bun to the point we couldn't finish our meal, very disappointed with this, we threw it in trash an left, I don't like leaving reviews like this, but we will no be stopping there again, thank you

I do not recommend the Hardee's on Sangamon Ave. In Springfield Illinois because they are idiots! If they would pay as much attention to their customers as they do their cell phones it might be a different story.

So from all the reviews iv'e seen hardees can be racist, rude, and just over all not be a good place. From my experiences it has not been bad. The one thing they usually forget is my sweet tea though. But i must be honest other hardees iv'e been too can smell like actual $#%@ and their bathrooms sometimes have bugs. Like ew... Their food isn't bad, i personally like their honey mustard and chicken strips. There milkshakes are the best tho. Honestly its gonna be a 3 and a half for me.

Attitude of customer service is very rude. They don't listen to your complain regarding food seriously. I feel really disappointed by their treatment and will definitely not try it again!

1/6 2020 I went into the locational Madison in mankato MN For lunch today the young man that took my order was a Races both him the whole store in his district manager they all was racist I order some food that I did not like an eye ax for another sandwich they told me h*** now get the h*** out they store I wanna ask for my money back they told me h*** now and get the $#*! out of here before I called the police on you so I called them myself

I had a bad experience with the management at Hardees. I wrote into hardees.com and received a reply that they would "let appropriate management at the store know the issue". I responded to let them know that the problem itself was management. This has been a week ago. No further response and absolutely no contact from the Hardees location I had the issue with in the beginning. If you look at their facebook page, you will see that there are many complaints about Hardees and their employees, and no response at all from Hardees. So irresponsible. Customer service is everything, but apparently not to Hardees.
