I had a bad experience with the management at Hardees. I wrote into hardees.com and received a reply that they would "let appropriate management at the store know the issue". I responded to let them know that the problem itself was management. This has been a week ago. No further response and absolutely no contact from the Hardees location I had the issue with in the beginning. If you look at their facebook page, you will see that there are many complaints about Hardees and their employees, and no response at all from Hardees. So irresponsible. Customer service is everything, but apparently not to Hardees.

I have never had any problem using raise for my gift cards. In the past, using several different sites that are terrible experiences with not even bothering to send a card I ordered, I have remained loyal to only raise and will never go with any other site again. Reliability is golden!
