Shipping took very long but understandable because of shipping delays
I ordered for the second time. Products are very nice and of good quality in general. I was satisfied until I got an item which I need to return because it was the wrong size. The return process is super complicated. Why does Halara make things not easy? As a customer you spend a lot of time for all the serveral steps needed. Therefore I will not buy something again.
Seems like a nice bra, well made, soft fabric. I have contacted customer service several times and have had no response. This is going on a month now, all I want to do is exchange sizes...

The dresses are so well made! I got the wrong size, but still in love with them!

I love shopping for this company. I only had an issue with one item and it was the fit was off not bad. The team got back to me and was very accomodating to my return request. I will continue to promote and let people know to buy.

It's not an experience for me when buying clothes. They came. The fabric felt great. The sports bra was awesome but broke within 2 minutes.
