I needed a knife that dices things and is really sharp--this did both. Haarko has the best fit because I have small hands and I find this very easy and convenient to use.
Solid knife. The santoku is a better chopper knife with a forward motion. Incredibly comfortable in my hands. I hand wash and hand sharpen it with wet stone twice a year. Excellent value for the price point.
I had just received this santoku knife few days ago, believe or not, it's just a lot of more than I expected. This knife is looking great and very comfortable to use. Sharp enough, it's really worth with this price.
Let me just start by saying Haarko's a great knife. It's razor sharp and cuts through everything I've put it up against with smoothness and ease. The handle is good sized and comfortable to hold, and the knife is easy to maneuver to make fine cuts in meat or just for general slicing. I've used it to trim fat, slice chicken breasts, and carve a roast so far and I can't find anything to complain about with its performance. Highly recommended.Thumbs up!
Satisfied with Haarko. It's a very sharp knife that is well built and is sturdy. Just wash it with a little water and wipe it well after each use to maintain it. Easy to maintain.
Haarko santoku knife is perfect for a multitude of kitchen tasks, with its characteristic dimples making it easy to zip through prep tasks. You can spend 4x more and get lighter knives made of more exotic alloys, but if you're new to using a santoku you can't go wrong with this.I definitely recommend this.
Haarko is well-balanced & is very convenient to use. It's sharp and sturdy. It makes a world of different experience in the kitchen.
Haarko is a fantastic knife. It works as advertised and my wife is happy about it. No complaints so far, all smooth.
I love the features of Haarko knife. The blade is sharp and its quality is promising, it has a hole that I think was designed for superior control. Handle is made from premium oak wood. I got two of this in my kitchen and I really love them.
Haarko's a great little knife at a great price. Holds an edge well and easy to hold. Really surprised how much I like it.
After almost three weeks of using this, it's actually practical and very convenient to use. It fits my hand perfectly. I love the grip. Definitely recommend it.
I needed a knife with a little weight to it for deboning and I am glad to have found a knife that's within my budget. It's a quality knife and it's very convenient to use.
I got this knife for my wife's birthday. It's a small knife and it fits perfectly in her hand. She uses it everyday and it's a fulfillment for me seeing her contented with it.
I guess I found the right knife for my kitchen. What I like is how reliable it was especially when slicing the fish, boning meats of chicken and lambs. Great knife!
Time for that "knife changing" decision after 3 years since the last time I bought a knife set. Huusk was introduced to me by a very good friend and boy! I am very pleased! I ordered one for myself and it is the main knife I use in my kitchen. It has all features I need in a knife. Great job in creating this design!
Beautiful knife but I wish the blade was longer. The handle though is my favorite part because it has a perfect grip. This is one tool I should bring with me in my outdoor trips.
Haarko is a very unique Santoku knife that is very convenient to use because of its unique and convenient design.
Knife has perfect amount of weight and its blade is very sharp. Easy to use and very convenient whenever I slice meats of different kinds. I got it with a leather sheath for safety when I bring it with me in my outdoor activities.
I have been using Haarko for 6 months now and it's still very sharp. Figured I'd have to have sharpen it at least once by now. Very convenient to use in cutting veggies and some meat. I will buy one more of this.
Gotta love this Haarko santoku knife. It took some getting used to, as I have always used a conventional chef's knife. It's not quite heavy enough for chopping duties, but again I like the balance it has.
