I needed a knife that dices things and is really sharp--this did both. Haarko has the best fit because I have small hands and I find this very easy and convenient to use.

Haarko is a Santoku knife that is perfect for people with smaller hands that's why I chose this. True enough, it feels very comfortable to use. Satisfied with Haarko. It's a very sharp knife that is well built and is sturdy. Just wash it with a little water and wipe it well after each use to maintain it. Easy to maintain.

Haarko's a great little knife at a great price. Holds an edge well and easy to hold. Really surprised how much I like it.

The metal part is a bit chunky and adds little more weight at the front. If you use it once in a while you will feel the weight difference but with everyday usage you will get used to it.

Although I am still getting accustomed to the difference in my hand, I find the knife to be invaluable in food prep. It's a sharp and sturdy knife. Does a fine job.
