Йому пообіцяли квіток повернути. 11липня при реєстрації в аеропорту. мого сина у списку пасажирів не виявилось. Авіакомпанія надала нам письмове підтвердження. Літак був заповнений на 100%. Син залишився і без грошей і без квітка. Вже 2 місяці відправляють від одного оператора до іншого. Гроші не повернули.
I have been trying for 5 days to change the name on my airline ticket to match my passport with little to no help from the Gurufare team. I am being told they made the changes on their system and are awaiting for authorization from airline to confirm the new changes. I called airline and they have no record of Gurufare making any such changes. My flight is in 6 days and I am still waiting for a simple name change request. The cost was far lower than I had anticipated.
So I took a chance booked with gurufare. And everything seems ok, and checked diretly with the airline, and tickets is there. So just by booking with gurufare I saved a couple of dollars. Very nice.
