If you miss a flight that you did not intend to do and declined the travel protection, will they offer an exchange flight?

Thank you for your question! Our team can check and advise, if the exchange is allowed as per the fare rules of your ticket. The seats must be cancelled before the scheduled departure flight, to avoid the no-show of the passenger.
