I had GS-JJ create 2 different challenge coins. Both of them turned out fantastic! My representative, Landy, offered superior customer service even though I change several things to the designs. He made me feel as though I was the most important customer. The quality of the coins is outstanding and I received them super fast. The cost was much lower than I expect. I will continue using this company for more challenge coins with Landy as my representative!

I cancelled my order before I received the goods but they still arrived and I have been charged. I wish to return them and would like my money back.

We ordered custom pins. The quality and texture was great! (It had raised areas for the artwork instead of a flat surface.) As far as the timing of receiving the pins, because they were shipped from overseas (and evidently there was a holiday that they were shut down for a number of days), they arrived a few days later than expected, but not terribly late at all. I would recommend GS-JJ and will probably use them again when the need arises.

Very smooth process. Fay was very responsive and accommodating to all of my revision requests. Can't wait to see the final product.

Great service! Judy was wonderful in keeping well communication throughout the process. Listened and delivered on the changes I requested on the colors and design of the patches I wanted done. Provided samples and pictures for confirmation and was very thorough. Thank you Judy!

Everything was smooth placing order to constant contact with my sales rep.
Once I got the pins is when the problem start as of right now only 3 stars hopefully that can change in the future
Handful pins came damaged and currently in talks with sales rep about possible solutions want to do future business and give redemption cause why not the customer service is what's keeping me around but I can't loose money on product.

Fay was/is awesome, her customer service was on point. She showed me a preview of each product I purchased and if I didn't like it, she was quick to change it.

Vivian is an excellent person! She helped me with my designs, my questions, and delt with me being in and out of contact. Im very pleased so far. Lets see how my pins turn out

Even with he fantastic result and good customer service, it still feels too high a price. I ordered to Gs-JJ because another similar company had maintenance issues and because of time restrictions. I want to be clear that I love the results, but as a small artisan and not a company, the price is what will stop from ordering in the future.

I've been using this group to turn my 2D designs into enamel pins and they've been brilliant. The proofs have an extremely quick turn around time and the customer service is always quick and efficient. I usually talk with a customer service representative named Judy when it comes to looking over/editing proofs and she's extremely helpful. 10/10 would recommend if you're looking to get enamel pins made.

The process was efficient, timely and personal. I appreciate the rapid responses to my questions and the mock up design gave me a real feel for what my pin will look like and it's better than I imagined it to be. I appreciate that the designer took some creative liberties with my image to make my pic even better.

Took 5 months to finally get our pin and all 50 are defective! I asked them to remake with correct skin color and they told me
"we produce the pins based on the confirmed proof.
Best regards" 50 defective pins and that's all they have to say to me. The pins skin color is 20 shades darker than the confirmed proof. I cannot resell these. So $250 down the drain? I am livid. I will see to it that I get a refund or my pins remade free of charge like their site guarantees. NEVER GO THROUGH THESE PIN MAKERS!

Judy helped me out a lot! She guided me through the processes. She was quick with the responsive. Every time i do business with y'all. I would always recommend Judy to help me!

So far they have been great to work with and great response to questions and changes. Can't wait for our VFD challenge coins to arrive

The coins recived looks amazing, evan better that what i expected, i was deply impressed.
The final client loved them and he sayed he never that he had never seen anything so qualitative.
I less then one month he decide to reorder them.

Have to give a shout out to Judy, She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the PVC patches I ordered and even suggested that UV would be better for my design which I approved now I'm just excited to see how they look once they arrive.
