I really liked that I could design my own coin online. I was able to upload my logos without any trouble. A proof was sent for my approval and any corrections I wanted to make were taken care of easily and quickly. Communication with staff was easy and responses timely. There was an option for a discount if you chose a longer production time...the coins were completed faster than expected which was nice. The product turned out very nicely. I'm pleased with the quality and finish of the coins. Exactly what we wanted. I would definitely recommend.

We ordered custom pins. The quality and texture was great! (It had raised areas for the artwork instead of a flat surface.) As far as the timing of receiving the pins, because they were shipped from overseas (and evidently there was a holiday that they were shut down for a number of days), they arrived a few days later than expected, but not terribly late at all. I would recommend GS-JJ and will probably use them again when the need arises.

Took 5 months to finally get our pin and all 50 are defective! I asked them to remake with correct skin color and they told me
"we produce the pins based on the confirmed proof.
Best regards" 50 defective pins and that's all they have to say to me. The pins skin color is 20 shades darker than the confirmed proof. I cannot resell these. So $250 down the drain? I am livid. I will see to it that I get a refund or my pins remade free of charge like their site guarantees. NEVER GO THROUGH THESE PIN MAKERS!

I had GS-JJ create 2 different challenge coins. Both of them turned out fantastic! My representative, Landy, offered superior customer service even though I change several things to the designs. He made me feel as though I was the most important customer. The quality of the coins is outstanding and I received them super fast. The cost was much lower than I expect. I will continue using this company for more challenge coins with Landy as my representative!

Great service! Judy was wonderful in keeping well communication throughout the process. Listened and delivered on the changes I requested on the colors and design of the patches I wanted done. Provided samples and pictures for confirmation and was very thorough. Thank you Judy!

I've been using this group to turn my 2D designs into enamel pins and they've been brilliant. The proofs have an extremely quick turn around time and the customer service is always quick and efficient. I usually talk with a customer service representative named Judy when it comes to looking over/editing proofs and she's extremely helpful. 10/10 would recommend if you're looking to get enamel pins made.

We had a great experience working with gs-jj and Customer Service Team Member, Fay. When we sent our logo for printing onto a lanyard, they were very helpful in us getting a wider option of lanyard, so the logo would look better! Also, Fay was always prompt in her responses to my questions.

The the "warehouse" staff marked each box with bold letters and counts.
The only thing I would ask to change is that when the "warehouse" staff do mark boxes, it would be helpful if they clearly labeled any boxes that had more than one product item in it. We had to open 24 boxes to locate 100 of one product that had been packed with a different product.

All-in-all, it was a great experience and we love our lanyard name tags and plastic holders to go with them! Thank you.

Fay and her team did a wonderful job providing top notch service and a great product at a great price! The artwork was great and Fay went back and forth with me when I wanted changes.
