Considering that this was my first time ordering a custom pin and I am unfamiliar with the terminology, the product turned out great and is of high quality! Thank you for your help and for the great pins!

We ordered some custom patches. The process was made easy and even with a change I needed to make it was nice to see the proofs and know what to expect. Then when we got our patches they looked awesome and just like what I was sent. Responses were quick and any questions I had were answered with consideration and expertise.

Great experience overall with getting my pins made. It was my first time doing so and the customer service and attention to detail was excellent! Additionally, I needed my pins by the certain date and GS-JJ was able to accommodate that for me, which I appreciated so much. I will definitely continue to work with them moving forward!

Excellent communication.
My only disappointment wasn't exactly what I expected. I had assumed the design I sent would be put onto a round coin based on the input form I filled out. Looking back at the proof approval request it did show the shape and dimensions of the design so it was my mistake for assuming it would be put on a round coin vice a stand-alone shape of the design. My fault for not clarifying.

Everything from start to finish with my order was amazing the. Communication throughout the process of ordering 70 pins for a 70th wedding anniversary couldn't have gone any better!

We received the pins early and they are absolutely beautiful. The workmanship is so good and we are proud to share them with family and friends. Thank you so much for taking good care of our order.

Customer service was great, with quick replies constantly. However, one of the patches we ordered was not symmetrically shaped, and the center piece of our patch was visibly uncentered. Not what we wanted to receive and surely not what we were expecting.

Thank you so much for your assistance, in getting our pins for our Grand Opening. I submitted an idea; the design idea came from GS-JJ and they were able to complete them in the time I needed them. My GM loved them, thank you so much!
