I was working with lovely customer service, on a rush order, and spent three days getting the item perfect. The invoice is sent, it reads $264 CAD, I click check out and it changes to $359 CAD. They stood behind the screen shots, that I sent them, of the $264 CAD price, and fixed the computer glitch as a result. I absolutely love the keychains that I ordered and will absolutely order again. Ordered these lapel pins for our Masonic Lodge. The end product turned out better than we could have imagined. Company was easy to work with and the designer captured everything we wanted.

Handful pins came damaged and currently in talks with sales rep about possible solutions want to do future business and give redemption cause why not the customer service is what's keeping me around but I can't loose money on product.

I really liked that I could design my own coin online. I was able to upload my logos without any trouble. A proof was sent for my approval and any corrections I wanted to make were taken care of easily and quickly. Communication with staff was easy and responses timely. There was an option for a discount if you chose a longer production time...the coins were completed faster than expected which was nice. The product turned out very nicely. I'm pleased with the quality and finish of the coins. Exactly what we wanted. I would definitely recommend.
