I ordered ahrefs few hours ago. Got my order processed few moments later. I got a google spreadsheet with login. The website is poorly built. I contacted support. They told me i need to download an app. I installed this app and it asked for a lot of permissions (complete access to my computer). Anyways i completed the installation and tried using it. It didn't work, contacted support told me to use chrome instead of firefox. Used chrome. It still didn't work. Contacted support, they told me I am reseller and we don't refund lol and started typing in veitnamese (just few hours after i placed order. Big Scam! Stay away

Now looking at all the positive review on this site. All are from Vietnam. These positive reviews must be fake. Anyways the site owner completely blocked my ip. I can't even open the site.

Before paying they replied repeatedly but When I paid they stopped to reply and I am not able to use the service - it is a Fraud service provider from Algeria (not from USA). They are pretending from USA.
They put whatsapp number - but never reply, they put Skype but never replied via it.
DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO! I HAVE PAID BUT THEY ARE NOT REPLYING AT ALL.

They are frauds. Never make advance payment to them, their tools doesn't work. You need to chat everyday for using the tool. All time their tools are down. They will activate the tool after the chat.

Stay away from them, they limit the features of the accounts. Site auditing does not exist on any of their offered accounts
And they won't refund me
