Tecnical & customer services at this Heathrow office are totally incompetent, and they have the aldasaty to charge a premium rate number for their shoddy service.
Ive been in the plumbing industry for over 12 year and Ive never come across such a useless buch of people.
I have sent them photos of parts I need to repair a toilet flush for a customer, they have wasted 4 hours of my time going round in circles, and I know they are giving me the wrong part numbers I dont think they know their own products.
This office needs a shake up otherwise Grohe will be losing customers.
