BOOK CUPS not Glass as advertised

This company is a fraud! They advertise their LuxeGem Mugs as real crystal/stone, but they are cheap plastic. They look so bad I would throw them in the trash before putting them in my kitchen. Look at my attached as advertised and as received photos. Even though they shipped to me from close to where I live, they will only refund if I ship them to China. These people are thieves!

I ordered this mug for a Christmas present. I got it in the mail and it was not the one I had ordered. Besides the fact it is so small it might be the same size as a tea cup at a Chinese restaurant! I contacted them and they offered me a refund of $10. Then $15. Now they say to get a full refund of the $50 I spent, I will have to send it back to China at a cost of $50+. Totally unsatisfactory.
PayPal doesn't seem to want to help me get my money back either. Thieves and crooks. DO NOT purchase one of these POS"s. Whatever you do!

These mugs are made of hard plastic and painted blue, super cheap looking. These are a total scam, do not buy. The picture shows a quartz/mineral rock mug exterior not plastic.Said they could only return $ 10.00. I ordered 3@ $49.95. What a lesson. I took a total loss. Please don't buy anything from this seller.

They are a scam. A company from China that takes orders but does not deliver the items. They will produce false documents stating they "delivered" but these don't have a tracking number with a reputable parcel company

Don't consider doing business with them for a second. I purchased 2 bras for $70.00 they had the nerve to respond by saying the return cost for the item(weight less than a pound) would be between $ 50-$80! And offered me $8 bucks to keep it then$15. I am in dispute with them now. Similar garbage is on Amazon for a fraction and that you can return no problem. What a horrible company

I bought a sweater from these guys: It showed up from China after several weeks Price was $40 dollars Plus $10 freight. Ok not bad, looked good till I put it on. The elbow patches was on the side. I complained to them. They said that was the way it was designed. WHAT elbow patches goes on the elbow, thats why they"re called elbow patches. They offered me $8 credit, I complained it was unwearable, they offered me $15 credit. I said come on guys it"s unwearable, how about a full refund. They finally said ok you can return it to China at your expend, we don"t have a return system. We estimate it will cost you $50. My wife uses it to dust the furniture. Does a great job!

They sent me the wrong size shoes. There are no markings or brand names on the shoes, or package. They wanted me to send them $30 for shipping the correct size. After going back and forth with them, they brought the return fee down to $11. I told them I wasn't responsible for their mistake, I wasn't willing to send them any more money. I asked them for a full refund, they only offer around $15 from a $45 pair of shoe. I called my bank and got a full refund. Terrible service.

HORRIBLE FAKE STUFF, I MEAN FAKE TO THE MAX, TERRIBLE PRODUCTS MADE FROM CHEAP MATERIAL, NOT TRUE TO SIZE, WON'T REFUND BACK MONEY AND WILL TELL YOU TO SEND IT BACK TO CHINA AT YOUR COST, DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR, GO TO ROSS INSTEAD, BUY ANYTHING HERE AND REMEMBER MY ADVICE LATER WHEN YOURE PISSED OF AS I AM, YOULL BE CONNED!

I placed an order with Grishay on November 12,2022, received a Shipment Status message on Dec 14, The tracking number listed does not appear in the UPS data base. That tells me it still has not been shipped six weeks after order. Do not use this company

Ordered shoes Size 11 when shoes arrived they measure 10 inches. They are marked 11 but are clearly not. To attempt a return is a joke as it takes days for them to respond. When they do you're past the return window.

Ordered, and was charged $39.96, My bank called me to be sure, I wanted this charge to go through. I told them yes, that I wanted the shoes, but never received them

I excitedly purchased I ordered size 6 and they sent me the wrong size actually it's more a size 7 or 7.5 they make it even more difficult to return, Do not buy from site

If you want to send your money on plastic shoes, go to the hair stores, you will come out cheaper, you have to return the shoes to China, the cost is high. Don, t waste you money

Update: I was able to get a $100 refund from the company on my $200 purchase without having to ship items back to China. I had to negotiate this because they were offering a progression of $8, $25, $45 refunds. I would still recommend steering away from this company because of their misleading return policy, however I have to say I appreciate that they gave me some consolation

I Bought four pair of shoes, I needed to return because they didn't fit and the quality was not what I expected. The company requires that you return to an address in China despite the fact that shoes are fulfilled and shipped from a United States address. The return shipping cost is $300! This appears to be a tactic keep people from returns/exchanges. The company offered an $8 credit on a $200 purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
