Greenserve are yet to complete a job that they started at the beginning of December. They fraudulently took money from my credit card without my permission and have not responded to my emails or calls since December last year.
On top of this, I had to take the tiles off the wall (which that they had put in place) to fix the toilet which they had not properly installed and found 3 empty cider cans behind it. There were no cans behind there before work started and no one but them had access whilst they were working on it.
This is just the tip of the iceberg. The customer service was the worst I ever received and extremely abusive. 1 star is too much.
They arrived at my property at 9:25, after a few minutes the engineer did a private call and I had to tell him to stop as im paying by the hour. I told them clearly what needs to be done and he wasn't prepared and lost time again getting the things from the car I already told them before. He finished the job around 10:25, but spent another 10minures writing a report I never saw. I was charged £180 for doing nothing in the end except noticing that my pipes were bent. This job coukd have been done easily in one hour but they stretched it on purpose and with private calls! Then they offered a 10% discount but the joke is this discount already was agreed when I booked the appointment. Very rude company! Avoid by all means
