Bsolutely avoid this company!
Their business principle is based on fradulent behaviour, they will intentionally try to rip you off for small scratches, so small that you can't notice upon pick-up! They are very unprofessional, taking advantage of client in hurry to the airport, making them sign ridiculous papers, just to be able to catch the plane!
I reserved the pick-up at 8. Am, but they were late and I got the car at 10.am.
I reserved an intermediate class car, but got at least one tier lower.
Upon pick-up I was offered to sign "existing damage report", with at least 20 reported scratches. During my rental I had no accident or car contact whatsoever. Yet, upon drop-off, they found "another scratch" that was not initially reported. An "independent" estimate was performed and they charged me additional 330 EUR for damage that would be repaired with single stroke of paint. Thus, increasing their rental rate from initial 250 EUR to almost 600 EUR! This is more expensive than any other respected rental company.
Avoid GREEN MOTION, unless you're eager to make fool of yourself!
