I just want to thank the team of Great American gift i had a wrong name and called them, and they fixed it all the family loved our canvas.
Also want to thank Nathan their customer service rep ho was in touch till we got our canvas

I absolutely love how beautiful this turned out. It was really easy to personalize and order. Shipping was quick and I love how vibrant the colors are. This made the perfect gift for husband to go in his home office.
Our kids love seeing their names on art.
I love how the picture wraps along the sides.

This company is pure garbage. Save yourself some trouble and buy from someone else that does not hold a package for 10 days... and their customer service sucks

I had high hopes in ordering from Great American Gift company. I was sadly let down. Over 30 days and never received my order. The only way to communicate to them is through an email address. That would be okay if it didn't take 2-3 days to respond to you. When they do it is just fluff. No one really looks into the problem with your order. You just receive a response with "it should be shipped out soon" or "check the tracking number and it should update in 24 hours". Just vague smoke in your face responses. The people who manage the email box do not care about you or your order. They just want you to leave them alone. Other responses I received were "We will check with the shipping department and get back to you"... but they never get back to you. They will charge you as soon as you order but never ship out your product. I gave them a one star rating only because I cannot give anything lower. They do not deserve one star. Terrible company and I question the positive views on this site because neither of them even show the product. Both appear to be staged photos of people sitting in the same position on a couch and the photo taken from the same angle. I wouldn't be surprised if these reviews are by employees. I highly recommend you do not do business with them. There are too many good quality business who have heard of a thing called "customer service"; shop at one of them instead.

Made it a piece of cake to order my canvas photo portrait, affordable and it looks like I had it done for much more than it cost. I ordered all my siblings one as well!
