Bank fraud.

Grailed.com withdraw from my debit card $19.06 repeated 63 times before I called the bank to stop the transaction. Of course, I did not buy anything from them. This company is a thief and scammer, don't even give any of your information.

Worst buying site ever

The site has no human contact number. The sellers don't respond at all. Ordered a jersey a month before an autograph signing. I purchased from customer in New York state where I live. After two weeks and the item hadn't shipped I messaged the seller if not going to ship the item by a certain date cancel the order. No response from the seller after 3 weeks tried to call Grailed no number to call. Used contact information to cancel the order no response again. A month after the autograph signing had happened the seller sent it. I got billed full price for item I will probably never open thanks again dirtbags!

The Grailed site guarantees buyer satisfaction if a seller lists an item that does not match what you received. The item I got initially didn't fit so I tried to resolve with seller. As I figured it could be resolved I pack it up then I noticed a visible stain on back leg. The listIng had the stain but it wasn't noted. I sent several pics Grailed asked for and kept coming back to me 3x asking for more pics. Finally I gave up. Buyer satisfaction NOT guaranteed. Beware! These luxury second hands get an F grade. EBay has much better customer satisfaction!

Can I give Grailed zero?

Froze my account after I had the "audacity" to complain about a clearly and empirically poorly described and quite possibly tailored/altered garment.
Garment described as 52R... arrived as 54R. Sleeves 14cm shorter than sizing suggested.
Fortunately PayPal agreed with my argument.
Avoid Grailed at all costs.
Stick to Vestiaire...
Horrible, protracted, online shopping experience.

Zero Stars should be allowed, Crooks!

Spend your hard earned dollars with StockX. Grailed is a bunch of crooks. Shipped a $300 hat in an envelope! They lie, customer service does not exist. They will block you from communicating with them. Worst purchasing experience I've ever had.

This is the worst reselling app you could get. No only do they have you go through a ridiculous amount of image submission but apparently they have some fool sitting on the other end checking which tags you've uploaded or not of a sneaker image. Meaning if you selling used yeezes they want you to go inside the shoe and take every angel of the sown in label and yet they still manage to "authenticate" fakes all the time. ( read reviews and watch YouTube reviews as well) They also will remove your listings for no reason if you don't complete a draft within a few days so you ultimately wasting time AND to top it off the customer service they have is a pure joke, they hire people who can't properly respond to an email and it takes them weeks to send you a generic reply. Don't waste your time on this app, plenty of other great reselling apps with real customer care and real authentication processes.

Ridiculous site

This use to be a good site to sell on but they've changed a lot and now it's a pain in the $#*! getting your account set up. My account that I've had since 2018 with nothing but 5 star reviews has been frozen because I emailed them giving my opinion of the new system lol

I bought a jacket, received a confirmation, paid through PayPal. The seller then notifies me he has canceled the transaction because he needs more money for the item. Grailed does nothing about this illegal breach of a binding agreement of purchase and sale. Avoid Grailed. Totally sleazy company.

I ordered a shirt from a Grailed seller (Datelines aka Riley Guza) and the shirt was received not as described (dirty, with holes, stink, and riddled with pet hair). I asked the seller for a refund, and he went crazy refusing to give one. He repeatedly insulted and tried to belittle me. When I threatened to report him, he offered different increments as a refund, and I kept refusing until he offered the full refund. Days went by and he started harassing me with ignorant comments again. When he saw that I wouldn't act ignorant with him, he tried to bate me by asking, "Are you black or something?". When I didn't respond to that question but did respond to how ignorant he was acting he said "I'll take that as a definite YES on being black. Super uneducated and you can't form a normal sentence." After telling Datelines that I would no longer communicate with him and I would be reporting him, he continued to go crazy like a mad man (I have all the proof). When I reported this to Manny (Agent at Grailed), submitted proof of everything Riley Guza said, they didn't do anything. When I asked them to have him removed from the site, they didn't do anything. I've emailed Manny multiple times and they didn't seem interested in Riley's racist remarks. After me telling Grailed multiple times that I would elevate this issue, they finally responded saying "Offensive behavior goes against the first rule of our Code of Conduct" yet they refused to cancel Riley's profile and take him off their platform where he (Datelines) capitalizes off minorities.

Impossible to get refunded for shipping error.

Purchased item from overseas to be delivered. Item was sent to old address instead of current one. After back and forth communication with Grailed, they insisted I input my old address for delivery. Told them numerous times I did not. They are not refunding my money.

Banned for "Spamming"

I was a verified seller with over 500 listings in my inventory, and they treated me like I was common street trash. I appealed my ban but it's been two weeks and they haven't even replied to my email. The only thing possibly considered spamming about my account was how I listed items all at once, but I was never informed that you weren't allowed to do this. They also advertise seller and buyer protection, but this couldn't be further from the truth. The transactions are handled over at PayPal and they essentially treat sellers as guilty until proven innocent. Also, inversely if you are a buyer who didn't receive their item and tacking was updated as delivered, you're pretty much screwed. If sellers choose to use their shipping through grailed option they will be treated to the tune of GRAILED DOUBLE DIPPING them. I have seen it first hand where grailed has charged me and the buyer for the $11 shipping label. After noticing the inaccuracy it took them over a month to respond to my emails and process my refund. The authenticators they have employed are either inexperienced or have no idea about the item they are authenticating. Their bape page alone has a minefield of fake items that have been verified by an authenticator, but if you are shadowbanned for any reason they will not authenticate any of the items you list on purpose. Please stay away from this company at all costs because it will save you a lot of headaches and trouble in the end. Last but not least, the forced price drops. The way grailed works is that if you want to move an old listing up in the feed you need to price drop it by at least ten percent. So instead of promoting good deals, they would rather force you to price drop it yourself because they know it won't sell if it's buried under their feed. They also have no idea what things should actually be priced at because they kept removing my purple courts as for being listed too high at $1,000 but the lowest ask on StockX was $1,500 and multiple have sold close to that price. A company that's terrible at doing its only job.

Banned me for nothing

Made an account listed an item I had listed on ebay and got banned. Contacted support they asked for proof I sent it and they told me "our moderators decision is final". I had also purchased an item the day before which was my first grailed purchase. Cost me 500$ and the guy legit just never shipped it. Couldn't access my account and support didn't reply. Was able to get it back through PayPal fortunately but grailed offers nothing PayPal doesn't.

"Buyer Protection"

Bought an obviously fake Vlone shirt. They rely on photo authentication to determine if an item is in fact authentic; so if youre photo authenticator doesnt pick up certain red flags, and you happen to bring it up to Grailed for a refund. Good luck getting your money back because they would rather gatekeep sellers based on their reviews than honestly look at a claim where a buyer received a fraudelant item. Thats what happened to me. Now I have to wait for Paypal to dispute this. If you dont like buying online because youre afraid youre getting a fake, this is not the service to use. Its iffy, and up to them whether or not you get your money back. And if a seller has good reviews, its over, you lost. They think that fakes cant get sent out from a good seller, even if the proof is being presented to them. They will try and say its your fault somehow. I will never use this service again. I have seen enough "buyer protection" to know not to mess with this again. Listen to the other reviews. This is rated poorly for a reason. I wish I would have done research before using Grailed. If rather use Ebay, at least their buyer protection is guaranteed. Same goes for Amazon, or literally anybody but Grailed. Id rather take the chance on a Vlone piece from Amazon than use this crappy service again.

Caught a seller trying to sell me a shoe in "gently used" category and after a closer look and evidence present to Grailes and PayPal of stitches coming undone, scratches all over shoe the company refunded me of course but BANNED ME for fraud! How is that the case when they committed the fraudm they are a Joke and fraudulent company as displayed by the ratings here. Reporting them. STAY AWAY! BEWARE!
