I have sold for over ten years and these guys are starting to steal sellers money it's a collapsing business and they are going to file bankruptcy I can tell how can they survive look up how many people they employ it's around 50
Don't use it it's not safe full of scammers
I keep getting requests saying they paid with link to click on it and it take you to page to fill your bank details and asking for your bank balance
Garbage customer service, banned both my and my partners' accounts one year apart, unable to give any reason why, other than "they pride themselves about the community" and "no follow up comment will be supplied". I've bought and sold a few items with absolutely no issues whatsoever. This is truly a garbage platform that is extremely unstable.
Worst sellers and worst customer service, Grailed/PayPal "protection" doesnt mean literally anything. If you encounter any scam you will be forced to deal directly with your bank at risk of being banned. Least responsive sellers on any resale platform online, compared to vestiaire, ebay, depop etc Grailed seems to enable and encourage scam sellers and will do nothing to support you if you encounter an issue.
If you love getting ripped off and scammed, boy is this fraud website for you! They'll rip you off and then insult you. Good luck l!
I am writing to appeal the ban that has been placed on my account for alleged fraudulent activity. I would like to strongly deny any wrongdoing on my part and state that this ban is wrongful and unfair.
I understand that Grailed takes fraudulent activity very seriously and I fully support the efforts to maintain the integrity of the platform. However, I can assure you that I have never engaged in any fraudulent activity on Grailed, or any other platform for that matter.
I would like to request that you review my account and the transactions in question, and provide me with any evidence that led to the ban. I am more than willing to cooperate with any investigation that may be necessary, and I believe that my account activity will prove my innocence.
In conclusion, I would like to respectfully request that you remove the ban on my account and restore my access to the platform. I am a responsible user and I value the community on Grailed. I look forward to hearing from you soon and thank you for your time.

I have been selling on Grailed for 4 years. I also sell on Poshmark, Ebay and a few other niche sites. Grailed by far has the highest percentage of scammers and in general caters to bottom feeders. Additionally Grailed as a company cannot seem to find a balance between serving buyers' needs versus sellers and are constantly putting into place "fixes" that balance way too far to one side and in effect creating new problems. Their customer service has also declined badly in the last year. They used to have thoughtful replies and you got the sense they were actually reading your concerns and now it seems most replies are lazy copy-and-paste jobs. I used to have a few hundred items on Grailed and now I am slowly winding down my business on the site.
Don't' do business with these clowns or anyone without a real phone number. They won't be in business much longer.
As a seller been selling in this app for more than three years with more than 1500 sells and 8.5 stars reviews as a seller I had worst customer service experiences there is a guy name Michael he is one of the team members every time I have an issue with either the app or sale and Michael is the one taking care of the problem dude will just straight up ignore emails and never respond back as a customer service that is just horrible. My account has been shadow banned for almost two years now I've been accused for violating code of misconduct I emailed them that this must be incorrect cause my page was clean and they should investigate and never had them back and the guy who was taking care of my situation was Michael he just straight up never followed back I deadass kept emailing for almost a year straight and never received any response I ended giving up because I was afraid I was gonna end up getting banned. But this is just terrible.
I purchased a pair of shoes listed a "great condition" and "no damage", but when they arrived, they were falling apart and had horrible spray glue repairs with over spray everywhere! The listing images were purposefully hiding the damages. When I attempted to return them, the "grailed team" told me I needed to work with paypal to resolve the issue and they would/could not do anything for me.
First, paypal was setup with grailed so the purchase was under a subscription, so I was charged twice. I was able to get the second charge resolved.
Second. I fought with the seller and pay pal for two months and would not pay for return shipping. They closed the case with no resolution for return shipping. I tried contacting grailed to get help multiple times per month with sometimes no response, other just saying "let us know what paypal says"
Grailed FINALLY got back to me 3 months later saying they would cover shipping, but "since paypal already closed the case, were not going to help you anymore. "
This company is not trust worthy and does not back up their customers and act as if they're not responsible for dishonest sales. Do not use this platform.
0 stars is merited, here. You should never used Grailed. Their customer service is nearly non existent. When you have specific issues, they send templated responses and it's extremely hard to resolve an issue. This is known from personal experience. I have been requesting to delete my account and no one wants to help me for 5 days. I have been emailing and emailing customer service. I tried to call their headquarters but to no avail. I tried to email their employees (yes, their employee emails are listed if you look) also to no avail. I want my information to no longer be in their database. They send me templated responses instructing me to download the app and delete my account that way. This means that I have to approve all the permissions that the app is requesting on my phone. Consequently, this means that Grailed can make even more money off me from selling my information to a third party once I download the app and allow these permissions. I'm not stupid. They refuse to help, now.
One friend told me that they took 11 months to refund him 1700$ for a pair of shoes that they inaccurately identified as authentic. If you like headaches and frustration and high selling fees. Grailed is right up your alley. I have spoke with many others and digital authentication is like 50% accurate. So, enjoy buying knock offs.
Do not trust this site. The merchandise is horrible, service even worse. There is no service.

Grailed customer services don't give a single $#*! about your opinion, they don't care about the problem and will do what they want. Even when they are wrong about something they are still better ;)
Hello when i search for jeans or sneakers I always use the settings so it only shows jeans in my sizes so after checking those 32-33-33 waist boxes i push show results and it shows me all the jeans that fit for should fit...why was one sellers size 36x34 on my results i don't know...but when asked for a refund I was refused...even after explaining im on permanent disability and only have $588 a month and he's not gnna refund me $35 for a pair of jeans that don't fit me. ITS NOT RIGHT! AND I WILL BE LEAVING MORE REVIEWS AND CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

If you're looking for psychotic sellers, abused goods that rarely match the claimed condition, a company that won't even allow sellers to simply issue a refund, customer service so ignorant they ask for screenshots when your claim begins from the purchased item? Look no further.
If you're into a "customer service" team that tells you to call PayPal at best, and losing more money on awful sellers than you would have spent buying new at full retail? This is your spot.
Grailed is a bad joke and buyers are the punchline.
They have high standard you get paid right away they staff gets back to you quickly and read your email they don't use bot
This site definitely false advertises their refund policy. It's isn't clear that their refunds aren't guaranteed and is based on the sellers discretion. I highly recommend you DO NOT make any purchases on this site because these are greedy individuals trying their best to make money & they take advantage of the sites policy.
Better just use Poshmark. Customer service is much better. I purchased a shirt on Grailed, which was described as one size with American in European size. The one I received was completely different was an American large, not an extra small like I ordered and they told me item was as described and assisted in no way to rectify the situation. I can't stress enough just order through Poshmark instead.

Answer: Try GOAT or even StockX... atleast you will get a response from them...
