I ordered two sweatshirts over two months ago and still haven't received them.
I haven't heard a thing and have received nothing. I am taking legal action due to this upset and wont let it go. This is ridiculous. Don't order from them or associate yourself with this company in any way!
My son had been begging for the Einstein hoodie. I finally ordered it and now the sight has shut down. Yes, we were ripped off.
Ordered 1/6/17. My son had to have orbit hoodie. I got scammed for $40. What a bunch of garbage. Charged my card immediately have not received a thing. Email responses are generalized and dishonest anyway

We ordered months ago. I inquired and they told me they'd shipped it and to check my post office. I asked for a shipping receipt and they provided me with a data file that was inaccurate (not my order) and would have been completely ineffective at the post office. They told me to be patient. Months now, nothing and they are no longer replying.
4months ago I ordered 1 hoodie and till now, nothing happens! Do not buy at yugen.
And the shop do not answer my e-mails
Ordered one hoodie on Christmas Day 2016. I have received 7 responses from them telling me how they are working on "revamping" their customer service and they "apologize for the inconvenience" and my order "will be shipped soon", blah blah blah. I have never had experience dealing with a company that charges your card before they even ship your order; which had me raising my eyebrows immediately when they charged my card two days after placing the order with no shipping information.
I guess I am wondering if someone can help me out and tell me what I can do legally as I am not quite sure how to handle this situation, but at the very least I want what they have taken from me if not more. If anyone can help me with some advice I would greatly appreciate it. I have a good understanding of law and my rights, but I am a little shakey with how the online business world works. Thank you! One star is generous. I agree, the company is a scam. I ordered 2 hoodies. Only one arrived in 3 weeks. The other one 11 weeks layer, snd had the same label size, but was smaller.
I am reporting your company to the Better Business Bureau, my credit union and Facebook... your company is a scam and you should be ashamed of yourselves!
I ordered a sweatshirt for my son late January. He was hyped about the sweatshirt and was looking forward to getting it. I rec'd the confirmation that the order was placed and I would receive an email when the order was shipped. A monthwent by no email. Reached out to them via email and still no response and no order.
Told my son to share this on every form of social media!

Ordered on February 15,2017, received a confirmation number and made numerous efforts to contact GoYen regarding my order/shipping status. Company is a scam and I regret that I did not research this company prior to ordering. Customer service is the pits and I've accepted that they've ripped me off for $29.99.
I wish I would of looked up this web site review first! Do not order anything! If you do your just be angry like the rest of us for throwing are money away!
As you read the reviews before, I too have been scammed. They took my money and have not shipped a single thing nor received a refund.
Ordered 2 hoodies in early January. Still have no hoodies. I've got a general response but no details, hasn't shipped, no #'s to contact. My kids told me about the hoodies but I'm telling them to warm their school it appears to be a scam.

I purchased a hoodie through G0-Yugen.com in early November 2016 for my son's Christmas present. It is now January 4th 2017 and still have not received my son's Christmas present. I have emailed them numerous times and I finally received a response back 2 days before Christmas stating they have some issues and will be sending out my son's Christmas present and gave me a bogus tracking number. This company has the worst customer service department I have ever dealt with. I think they are just a big SCAM. They have no phone number on their website and they don't return emails for at least a month. When they did return my email they stated they were in the works of sending my son's hoody but never did. I also found out that they are not out of San Diego and it is actually a Chinese company out of Beijing China. I would not recommend Go-Yugen.com to my worst enemy. If I could give them a negative star I would do so. DO NOT BUY THEIR CHINESE JUNK!
I ordered a hoodie from goyugen on Dec 5th, 2016 and received order confirmation. My credit card was charged on Dec. 7th. By Dec. 28th, I had NOT received the product. I emailed company on the 28th and got an immediate auto-response with promise of a response from their customer support in 28-72 hours. By Jan. 3rd, 2017, I had NOT gotten a response so I called my credit card company and instigated a disputed charge charge back request.
Do not order from this company unless you want to throw your $$ in the toilet!
