Never had a problem. I believe this is better than doctor prescribed med's.i watch my diet too, and have'nt had a gout flair since starting this product.
I've been using Smith & Smith Gout Care products since I thankfully discovered them in 2008. Gout is not fun but I now have it under control. The folks there are so helpful and kind. I am a REALLY happy customer.
In case of a gout attack, G C has been quick to the rescue and it actually works. I simply take 1 capsule with dinner and another in the morning with an orange and I'm able to eat reasonably well (food with flavor) and not suffer any attacks. I personally don't know what I'd do if I didn't have it. It has been about 2 years since
I've had an attack and that only happened because I hadn't purchased it for a while and I was eating a lot of foods that became acidic in my body.

My husband had the mother of all gout attacks a few years ago over the course of one winter after having been on medication for years. During the process of changing to a different medication, I started doing some research and found your website. After reading and reading, we decided to give it a try. He purchased the booklet and also followed the recommended diet plan in the beginning as strange as it sounded. We gradually added back foods he had enjoyed in the past. He is doing remarkably well. He does take prescription medication (Alpurinol) but he strongly feels the supplements have helped him tremendously and has no intention of giving them up anytime soon. His medical doctor found no problem/conflict with them.
His only wish is that the Friendly Fighters is more readily available!

Great information and products to control my gout
Goutcure is a wonderful product that has helped me immensely. I had a painful knee joint for sometime before I experienced the traditional gout pain that developed in my big toe. I had been able to tolerate the knee pain, but the toe pain was unbearable. My toe healed and to my surprise in time so did my knee.
