I love purchasing gifts from this company. It is always my first thought when the need arises to purchase gifts for our clients. I have used them many times. Over and over I have been delighted with my choices, the prices are affordable and always on time with delivery. I'm getting ready to do another one in a few days for a 25th Anniversary. I sent 3 gift baskets for Easter. They were all delivered on time, and had a really great selection of fresh fruit, nuts, crackers and a chocolate bunny! My kids all loved their baskets! Perfect gift!
Package is late. Email not answered. Phone message not returned. Site does not automatically update, only open until 6:00 EST. Another day trying to find my gift delivery. For their price point, it should have arrived on time and I should not have to call over and over to find out where the gift really is. Not happy.
I bought this basket a month ago. Scheduled it to arrive the week before Easter. Was a little worried about the delivery because of the situation with the pandemonium. I was extremely happy when I heard that my grandkids 4 and 2 received it. I got a message:... "you guys brightened their day. The were feeling sick and it could not have come at a better time. Purchased the basket for a co-worker and they absolutely loved it. Arrived fast and plenty of items in the basket. If I could give more stars I would. Customer Service is amazing. I received a phone call to make sure everything was ok with the basket. I'm lucky if I've ever received an e-mail weeks later from other places. Erin was awesome and I appreciate the phone call and e-mail (the day after co-worker received basket). They are A+ when it comes to customer service. I ordered a meat and cheese sampler box for my grandson's birthday. He is attending college and was most pleased with the contents. He texted me immediately when he opened the box and then again, as he ate! The price was right and the selection was perfect! Not only that, but the customer service is amazing!
There was a problem with the initial delivery. It was signed for, upon delivery while my grandson was unavailable and then disappeared (this grandmother believes that the signer enjoyed the box). I contacted GourmetGiftBaskets to order another box. Seth took over the problem and handled it with expedience and much grace. I cannot say enough about him and the company.

I ordered a sympathy gift basket. The friend that received it was so happy and impressed. I since ordered gift baskets for both my daughters birthdays. They were also impressed with the product and presentation. I have never seen the product in person so I was elated to hear their thoughts about the gifts. This really makes gift giving simple.
Gave my 25 year old nephew the Microbrew Beer Bucket Gift Basket. It was a great surprise and he loved it. This was a last minute idea (24 hours before birthday) and Gourmet was able to deliver via UPS the very next day. Package arrived in great condition, nice packaging, nothing broken. This was a great present to give when you don't know what to give. Would recommend!
Daughter ordered a gift basket for her Dad for Father's Day, it had a broken bottle which had spilled inside box. Customer svc was extremely courteous, responsive and mailed a new free gift basket to us. We weren't required to send first gift back. My husband loved it! I bought the Classic Cheese and Sausage basket for my mother, and it arrived on the requested date, which made for a nice surprise. (I sent three days before her birthday!) My mother loved the cheeses, especially the garlic cheese. And the summer sausages were also very nice. I guess I'll have to be getting more of these for her in the future! Lol...
I've had a really bad experience with them. I placed an order and they e-mailed asking me to call them ASAP to clarify something regarding my order. An employee there told me that my order will not be executed and that they can not issue a refund, due to the fact that my Billing Address is not the same as the address that I've registered my credit card with. They were extremely rude and did not offer any kind of support. They just asked me to fix the issue with my bank. More than a week later, I finally managed to get a refund, after going through several procedures with my bank. Total waste of time, when they could've simply explained to me that the two addresses need to be the same and allow me to change the Billing Address in my order.
I have used GGB for the past several years for different occasions and they have never left me or the recipients down. The baskets always seem to bring out the extra smile or hope you are ok that they were sent for. I would high recommend and will continue to use their services.

We purchased a large gift basket at Easter for our son who attends college in South Carolina - we are in Ohio. We sent him the basket and the folks at Gourmet Gift Baskets were concerned that the original order would not arrive in time (Saturday before Easter) so they sent a completely new basket via overnight express to insure he received it in time; at no additional cost A fine company and a fine product. We will use them exclusively in the future. Well done!

I have found that a lot of US websites are not geared up for those ordering outside the USA but not so with Gourmet Gift Baskets.
