My daughter lives out of state. I ordered her the gourmet baked goods basket. I had a choice of next day, two days away or five days away. Her birthday happened to be 5 days away so I chose that date I knew she would be home. It never showed. I checked tracking and it was literally 20 minutes from her home the night before her birthday. We are now 2 days AFTER her birthday and still no delivery. Gourmet gift baskets says, sorry but FedEx ground doesn't deliver on mondays, it will be there tomorrow(Tuesday). Um, 4 days late! And no retribution other than refunding the shipping charge. I'll never use them again for supposed family owned and operated, they treat you like a big corporate number, not a person Totally ruined a birthday surprise

I've purchased cookie baskets on 2 separate occasions & those I got them for enjoyed them. Arrived when expected. The correspondence & follow up was nice - shows they care & want you to be happy with your purchase.

I bought three of these as holiday gifts. Everyone was pleased. What I liked about this type of meat & cheese gift was that crackers were also part of the package, making a complete snacking experience... all that's needed otherwise is a choice of beverage. GGB offers the highest quality food gifts; I have purchased from 2 or 3 other companies over the years, and the completeness and quality are not quite up to your standards. I appreciate you.

I love sending these for Thanksgiving to friends and family. This is my second year using them. I am hoping in the future could get a few more gluten free baskets, but overall everyone loved what they received and they received it on time. Will continue to utilize this great service.

The most difficult part of shopping with Gourmet Gift Baskets is deciding which gift to purchase as there are so many great selections. Check out and shipping was unbelievably fast with the added bonus of being able to pick the delivery date. I purchased the Around The World Beer Bucket for my daughter's Dr. friend for Christmas. He absolutely loved it for not only the contents but for the, "not your normal gift." Highly recommend!

I've purchased multiple baskets from this website and never got a complaint. Given, they were gifts and people don't normally complain about gifts but I sent them to people close to me who would be honest. Each person who received these baskets were so happy with every item. The baked goods. The wine. All of it! The delivery was ON TIME. No damages on the packaging. And the price is so worth everything you get. You'd think it cost way more than it does.
