I was unable to attend my niece's wedding and wanted to do something to let her know I was supporting her. Just two days before the event, I contacted GourmetGiftBaskets and asked if they could put something together for me AND ship to Denver within 24 hours. They came through and the result was everything I could have wanted. My niece and her new husband were thrilled.

A year ago I ordered from Gourmet Gift baskets and sent a care package to my son. Unfortunately I transposed his house number and it was delivered to the wrong address. After speaking with customer service and also UPS to try and retrieve the package it was concluded that UPS could not retrieve the package. Of course I was not pleased. Fortunately Gournet Gift baskets was kind enough to give me a credit towards my next order. Which I used and am thrilled to say that my son loved his cake. I am pleased and satisfied with their customer service, quality and the delivery.

I want to strongly encourage you NOT TO use this company. I had one number wrong on my sending address and NO ONE Contacted me. I had to figured this out. When it was delivered, the fruit was spoiled and they would not help replace it. It was a sympathy basket and was drastically late and then spoiled. I paid $150 for spoiled fruit.

I ordered this gift basket and not only was it not delivered, but it included alcohol items - despite the alcohol items they left it outside. It was obviously stolen and they refused to refund. I will NEVER again use this service.

I have used Gourmet Gift Baskets on several occasions for clients, as well as, for family and friends. I have never been disappointed! The basket of gifts always arrive on the date chosen and the recipient of the gift always raves about the goodies in the basket. There are many options to choose from and are always packaged well to maintain the beautiful presentation of the gift basket and I have to mention, the customer service is amazing!

This was our first gift item received from this locally owned business near our town & were very impressed. The attention to detail was top notch from the advance notification of delivery email, to the pretty shipping box, to the internal reminder card telling you where your message card was on the outside of the box, as well as a securely packed very nice presentation gift. It's obvious this company has put alot of thought & attention to detail to make this a quality online purchase for the sender. We highly recommend this business.

Company unsatisfactory if things go wrong. Gift was scheduled for Sat. But instead sat in hot warehouse until Tuesday. GGB didn't offer a replacement, just a refund of about 50%! After multiple interactions, GGB offered 2/3 of my payment. Talked with UPS - they refund ALL shipping charges to sender for late delivery. GGB received their money back and took 1/3 of my payment - yet recipient did not receive gift. GGB didn't honor their part of the bargain since no service was provided. FINALY received a full refund after a lot of time, effort, and aggravation - it should have been a slam dunk!

I chose a wine/cheese basket for a friend who had lost her dad! I knew she was already overwhelmed with all of the plants and flowers she had received so when she received her basket of goodies, she was over the moon! She immediately called me to say it was just what she needed and was thrilled to be able to sit back and relax and enjoy the wine and cheese and all the other goodies inside.

I have used Gourmet Gift Baskets several times for various gifts and these are by far the best online gift baskets I've come across. The basket items are thoughtful and are NOT the cheap, inedible items found in many other gift baskets. And their service is excellent!

My family sent this as a gift to my nephew and his soon-to-be wife. They were surprised to recieve it for their Christmas eve. My nephew said it was a good size basket and although they hadn't tried the wine yet, they had eaten many of the snacks that were included and he said they were all very good. The basket was delivered on the day we requested with no issues. This is a unique gift idea and we will definitely order from Gourmet Gift Baskets again. I would have included a copy of my invoice as proof of my purchase, but there is to much personal information on it that I would have to black out basically everything except the price I paid. I purchased the Premier Selections Wine Basket that had the 2 bottles of wine, plus cookies, salami, candies, crackers and cheese.

Wow! What a fun surprise for our son's 25th birthday! It arrived as scheduled on his birthday, amidst Covid and all the delays that currently occur with online shopping. In addition, there was a little oops with the packaging, and customer service addressed it within minutes of my call. I'd recommend GourmetGiftBaskets to anyone wanting to send a "happy" to a loved one or friend. Terrific company!

First, I paid extra money for a personalized card, had the time to upload a photo and everything else and the card came without the picture. If this was not enough, who ever made the shipping box had the "amazing" idea of glueing the card under the label used to seal the box, so, by the time I opened it, it torn the card in two parts. This was a gift for my wife's birthday which I planed with so much care and for which I paid extra money for the card. This is absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful. I will never be your customer again and I will make sure that I will write very good reviews about it.
