Bought a $400+ necklace 4 days after Thanksgiving to be given as a Christmas gift. Recipient decided she would like something different. Tried to start a return January 9th via email as the company suggests and was told it was well past the 30 day return window. Necklace has not been worn. Contacted customer service by phone and told the same thing. When asked to speak to a supervisor or manager was told that I would have to resubmit another email requesting the escalation to a supervisor as their policy doesn't allow them to transfer phone calls. Sketchy outfit. Still waiting on resolution.

STAY AWAY FROM COMPANY THAT DOESN'T STAND BY IT'S PRODUCT AND TREAT CUSTOMERS APPROPRIATELY.
