5 to 7 days to process and ship order is unacceptable. Not being notified of UPS tracking order is unacceptable. Not getting a response to either email or 2 phone messages is unacceptable. It Gorden Electric is going to stay viable in the e-trade marker, these things have to change.

Thanks, I bought 3 ea Model RC2103s One Circuit Air Switches. They came from Intermatic Corp. The plastic boxes are not very well made and they are for outdoor, but the covers don't have gaskets...however, I don't think anyone else provides these and when installed they do work...
Of interest is that the wiring diagram that comes with the switch is different from the one I downloaded from the web site. The one I downloaded seems a more clear. Bottom line is they work, Thanks,
