Hello EVERYONE
Good dog's team contacted me in concern of me not whelping my own puppies which is false and I have plenty of references and reviews as well as my vet as a witness to attest to such accusation's. Good Dog states they want to "help the community" yet they take any one's word and use it against someone. I was with good dog for two years and instead of speaking to me with concerns or asking that I make a change to something they feel could use change or quote on quote helping their community of good breeders they black ball the breeder, decline their calls, refuse to answer texts and emails. Please explain how this helps the community? Shouldn't good dog being willing to share what could be done differently and ask for proof of whatever they feel is needed within so many days instead of completely ignoring someone and explaining what even happened and sharing what is the persons right to know what was said about them and from whom. I feel it is very unprofessional to not share what was said or what is wrong and ignore someone who has brought them business for 2 years without anyone "true" customer with a complaint or issue.
I joined as a breeder. Was fine for awhile until they messaged me asking for proof of, inspections. Pictures. I sent everything they asked for but still never gave me a status about my account,
I went through good dogs I found the best cocker spaniel breeder in Florida Anastasia talkers Anastasia knight crackers she was super nice super helpful met in person she sent pictures all the way through I have the prettiest most beautiful black female cocker spaniel completely happy.
Any questions or concerns that I have had were promptly addressed plus I have already had a couple inquiries from prospective new parents for my puppies. Very satisfied
This is a Very good online service exchange site for ever. Good services. Good exchange, low commissions managed to make a lot of money
Fast, convenient exchanger with excellent support. Thank you
Can't contact anyone to find out how I'm going to get the dog I already paid for shipped to me or when. Can't call them. I don't know if I will ever get the dog.
Sabe and Shabe Dachshunds had what we were looking for. They checked us out and we checked them out. They socialized their pups, had a lot of good info and reviews. Sara was gracious and answered many questions I had. We met up with Sara and she introduced us to our pup. Again more good info on crate training, feeding, first few days suggestions, and warnings about staying clear of people, outdoors and other pets before the second vaccinations. As we travelled the three hours home, the puppy slept in my daughter's arms, and after an hour whimpered a little, put the pup on a pee pad and she peed on the pad. Three more times the same thing. Once we got home the pup slept in my wife's arms. Never any signs that she missed her mates. She was very well accustomed to people. The first night was a little rough in her kennel even though she was right next to our bed, she cried and whimpered for a while. We quickly found out that crying was for attention, but the whimper was to go potty. Second night went much better and within a week she slept through the night. Sara and her family had really done a lot of work with the pup to make sure we would be a happy family. They also gave us a little going home pack.
My experience with good dog has been great thus far. They have been very supportive and informative while my family and I go through the process. Thanks!
Gooddog was great, they now allow poorly bred breeders on their site and give you some BS story on how they allow them because they meet their minimum health testing requirements. I'm looking for a sheltie and they allow chaseme shelties in bonner county idaho to post on their site, a puppy mill who breeds poorly bred shelties and poshies (sheltie Pom mixes) they do no health testing! They lie and gooddog allows it. I will not support a website who covers the tracks of puppymills!

We can confirm that this has been shared with our Compliance Team, who will thoroughly review your concerns.

Good Dog has been very helpful and supportive in my search for a pet. They follow up to make sure there is a good relationship between the customer and the provider.
Good Dog is amazing way for breeders to connect with buyers. They give the buyers confidence in communicating with us and paying us through Good Dog. My business has doubled since becoming a member.
We're so glad to hear this Judith! Thank you for sharing :)
SNOW WALKER GOLDENS- Mari and Bruce are absolutely wonderful to work with. The passion and knowledge they have about their dogs, go above and beyond.
Their babies are top notch!
This is no ordinary breeder- this is FAMILY!
Thank you for our Precious boy- we are beyond blessed.
I am very pleased with Good Dog. They made ample referrals to breeders, and I purchased a puppy from one of their referrals. They stayed in contact and provided good information on training.
They owe me 75 dollars from a breeder that didn't work out then I find another breeder met with two younger ladies but they gave us 10 minutes to pick a puppy out of a sand pit the puppies stunk the one we have had barnyard worms and bladder infection 700 dollars at vet first time we went. I was in contact with good dog and the breeder they were very nasty the puppy wasn't sick when we took him this was 48 hours later really? I've contacted animal control they have been to the property 5 times they will not contact them back mainly because they are doing goat yoga on the property hence the barnyard worms? Backyard breeder all the way I'm going to code enforcement next and then state's attorney to try and get my money back! Good dog will not answer messages or emails and backed a person who was proven that they weren't a breeder. The vet she used for the puppy's told me twice she was not a breeder she just brought the puppies in for there first shot. She refused to let us see the parents of this puppy and said they were akc registered I called akc they have never heard of her in the state of Florida makes me sick what scanners do to people and animals!
Hi Ramona,
We are so sorry that your pup has required some veterinary care.
We’re glad that members of our team were already able to communicate with you via multiple phone calls and email over the past weeks regarding our Code of Ethics and Standards, and answer your questions about how our screening process may apply to an individual breeding program.
As they previously shared with you, we take enforcement of our standards incredibly seriously and have a process in place in which we conduct an independent investigation of all complaints. After reviewing your concerns and all documentation provided, we determined Dirty Paws is not in violation of our Community Standards. You can review our Community Standards here [https://www.gooddog.com/standards-and-screening].
We hope this answers any remaining questions that you might have.

Although we didn't eventually choose our dog fro Good Dog. I feel that selecting a dog from one of the reliable Good Dog breeders is very safe and secure.
I wasn't upset with it, but I wasn't feeling real good about using this app, I feel that good dog should check a little further into the dogs they are advertising for sale.
Hi Nancy,
Thank you for reaching out with this feedback. We'd love for you to email our Care team at help@gooddog.com so we can learn more about your situation, and how we can turn your experience into a positive one!
We look forward to hearing from you and helping you in your puppy search!
Warmly,
Nicole
I had a very bad experience with Good Dog. I lost $265 of my down payment. Even though I paid via Good Dog they did not do anything for me to get my money back.
Background: I reserved a dog from Shoreline Pointers & Salty bullyz (NEVER BUY FROM THEM!). I paid $265 down payment in June/July. On Good Dog website they had pick up date of August. The breeder then said no it is actually in Nov. So we decided to wait. In Sep. When puppies were supposed to be born, the breeder texted me that the puppies died in the womb.
Background: in my conversation with her, she said the down payment is non-refundable unless the issue is from their end. She specifically mentioned that if puppies die for some reason then she would return the fund.
She said but if we as the buyer change our mind then it is non -refundable.
So long story short --- do not trust Good Dog's process of doing things. DO NOT buy from Shoreline Pointers & Salty bullyz. I am very disappointed in both Good Dogs and the breeder! DO not waste your time and money!
Hi Mehrnaz,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! We are sorry you are frustrated with your experience and appreciate how disappointing it can be when a litter isn’t born when you hoped.

Please feel free to reach out anytime and we would be happy to offer any additional support if that is helpful. You can contact us anytime at help@gooddog.com, or by phone at 855-446-6336.
