I have been organising golf trips for friends for over twenty years and my recent interaction with Golf Holidays Direct was by far the most challenging and stressful experience I have had to date.
There was a lack of communication throughout the process and I was always chasing them for updates - I could not rely on them to keep me fully updated.
We were given wrong information about our hotel and then they changed our golf itinerary without advising us of the alterations. The changes were only discovered by me when I was checking our schedule for another matter.
This was poor service.
You need to trust your booking agent and although the staff were always pleasant to deal with their ability to do what they say and within a reasonable timeframe is questionable.
It is a competitive business and I can assure you that there are better and more reliable companies out there.
Answer: Impossible they refuse to answer emails and phone calls.
