After waiting two months with no correspondence for a ceramic house it finally arrived completely smashed. All pieces together did not add up to the total product. And it was cheep plastic not ceramic.
After going back and forth with them, I'm unsuccessful in getting a refund.
Beware of this total scam!
Wish I would've seen these reviews before I made the purchase.

Any suggestions on how to stick it to these scammers?

Purchased a Birdhouse Garden Stake. Advertised on the website "Create an upscale neighborhood for your local birds to call home". There are five designs. I bought the Abstract advertised 14-1/2"W x 7"D x 67-1/2"H (overall). Actual size 2"W x 3"D x37"H (overall). Literally no bird can fit in this item. Maybe a bumble bee. It is at best a cheap decorative planter item. The 4-piece stake is very flimsy. One piece wouldn't stay connected to the others. The birdhouse advertised has part patina finish. Actual one does not. Emailed the seller & provided a picture. They will not give you a refund, although their website says Free Refund. They want you to accept compensation. A refund is compensation. But I guess they want you to accept another item from their garbage products. They know because many buyers are from overseas, there isn't a consumer agency to hold them accountable. BUYER BEWARE!

The item shipped did not meet the advertised picture. I received the item and wrote immediately for a refund and was told it was too expensive to return it and get a refund because they are in CHINA. Not my problem. Don't order from this company. Steven did nothing for me. Goodbye $50

Ordered grips a month ago. I have sent several emails to them a all I get back is a auto generated excuse. When I ordered the site said they had the grips in stock. Obviously, they don't stock products, but simply direct ship from the manufacture. Not going to include the order number so hopefully I won't have to wait another month for a " in stock " product.

I ordered the fairy garden décor as a gift for my mother. I was blown away by the pictures and thought what a nice gift they would be. I ordered 5 of them, they are cheaply made and not at all what they look like in the advertisement photos. I tired to cancel the order when I realized this was coming from china, because I have never received anything well made from china. Unfortunately I was told it was over 24 hours and it was not from when I ordered it and got the run around on how much money and time they spent. It was lies and I knew I would not be getting my money back. The packaging was poor and they were damaged on their travels from overseas. Do not waste your money and time. Do your research on companies before ordering, this was a poor error.

I will buy it next time I like it. This is an honest merchant. I like them very much. I like their novelty products. I don't know why so many people have given him a bad review. Many people who are satisfied with the product will not evaluate it. I don't want a small number

I purchased all 8 of the metal garden sculptures. The advertising photo's looked so detail. They are nothing like the photo's as advertised. They are nothing like the detail in the advertisement, which makes it appear they are three dimensional with a great deal of detail. Very disappointing.

Bought items advertised as Willow Tree brand. Many weeks later, the product arrived in styrofoam and was not as advertised. The seller refused the refund request even though the return process was advertised as "We hope you like your order! However, if you are not 100% satisfied, we will make the return process extremely simple." It was not simple, they are pushing back, so I sent pictures to PayPal and escalated with them for a refund. You can see a comparison of what I got vs a set that I already had at home...

This item took forever to get and when I received it, it was nothing like the picture. It is useless junk. I have tried contacting the company 3 times and no one responds to the email. Don't waste your money, you will be disappointed. I would give zero stars if possible.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I would give this online company ZERO STARS if possible.
They provide totally false photos of the products they sell and then when you request to return an item that you are unhappy with, they delay in their response to you and advise you that they will NOT ACCEPT returns and NO REFUNDS.

We ordered the fairy yard ornament for a friend. This was ordered as a gift and we were excited to surprise them... however they received a very damaged box, with missing parts and a damaged unit. I have reached out to the company numerous times to get a replacement or a refund and they are unwilling to help address to my satisfaction. I would advise if you are interested in a product to go find something on Amazon as they are MUCH easier to work with on returns, damages or any concerns. They don't understand that the customer is not responsible for the shipping - it's the shipper's responsibility - they are passing the blame to the customer. Totally unreasonable.

This is false advertising. The real company Grandin Rd should hear about how this company is trying to sell their products. I already own one of the dolls I bought from Grandin road last year and wanted this years but they were sold out. But I found, what I thought was the same on Golfbelievers, but what a piece of crap. Never again. Can you even see that piece of crap?

I bought a bewitching figure call Tilley. What a piece of crap! It is so tiny compared to the real ones that grand in rd came out with. You can't even make out the face. Never again will I be so dumb in thinking this was aThe real. I don't want to even rate it. But u have to.

I put two photos of the fairies Golfbelievers uses to advertise their products. The other two are what I actually got. Poor quality and nothing like what they promise. Don't buy from these people.

Golf Believers add stated "real WW2 helmet, knife and bullet converted into lamp. Lamp was made out of cheap plastic. Not 1 part from WW2. Sold for $60, not worth 60 cents. -4 star review here

Do your research this company is a SCAM, they sell garbage and have no customer service and if you're disappointed and want to return he item they tell you NO because it's too expensive, too bad you don't like it!

These guys are a scam. They take your money then say they ship something on which they enter the wrong address on purpose and that doesn't include the items you bought. So it gets sent back and they wont refund you. DONT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES

I was the dumb one who ordered off this website. I thot I was ordering off a legit site and was not happy when I saw it went here. I never received my package, I complained to PayPal and the postal service nobody helped and I had to pay him the 150.00 for nothing. I am seriously upset that he got the money and nobody helps me. BEWARE OF THIS SITE. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU EITHER. I EMAILED THEM AT LEAST 12 TIMES. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.

Pictures are false advertising. Items are mini and cheap. The company does not return my emails. Never refunded my return. Disputing this with my credit card company. Buyer Beware!
