The filthiest, most disgusting dining room area I ever ate in. Embarrassed for my wife. Older gentleman working behind the dessert line was eating from the displays. Can only imagine what the kitchen look like. Waitress had buss bucket and grabbed our sodas without washing her hands. Wasted our money. NEVER AGAIN. I should have taken pics. This particular location is terrible. The reason we went was because we had a good experience in Elyria. First impression is everything. I should not have overlooked the filth walking in the front entrance. Not even a 1 star but I guess I had to choose something. YUCK

I got broccoli from the salad bar and the broccoli had mold and was hairy and fuzzy also the food is cold and dry

On Tuesday, December 26,2023- I went with family to Golden corral for lunch. Crystal, a server, refused for us to sit in a booth in her area. She claimed that the whole area was reserved for a party. There was no sign for reservation as they usually do. My husband, very compliant, went to another area. Ms Tee, an African American server, told my husband in a voice full of hate: "I am not serving you." No reason was given. My husband is white. The cashier, Brie, saw us wandering around looking for a place to sit. Brie told us that Crystal was lying. There was no party & no reservation. Brie seated us in Crystal's area, but Crystal refused to serve us. Again, no reason was given. A few days later, on Friday December 29,2023- I went again with family to Golden corral for lunch. Arthur, a server, refused for us to sit in a booth in his area. He claimed that this booth was reserved. Again, there was no sign of reservation as they usually put when anything is reserved. Arthur seated a couple who came immediately after us in that booth we wanted. I asked the couple if they reserved that booth as Arthur claimed. The couple said no they didn't reserve anything. The couple was so kind. They moved to another area when they saw that Arthur was in the wrong. We didn't move to Arthur's area because we were scared of retaliation. We have been going to Golden Corral for almost 30 years. We never complained. I hate complaining, but the recurrent mistreatment was stressing us out and affecting our health. I finally went to talk to managers. I explained how this mistreatment is against the Civil Right Act of 1965. I didn't even get an apology. Rather, one of the managers said: "we can solve this problem by you going somewhere else to eat." I found this even more discriminatory. We have never been harassed and discriminated against like late this year. Nobody deserve this mistreatment, especially us who have been loyal customers to Golden Corral for almost 30 years. We are old. All we need is a peaceful environment like it used to be for almost 3 decades.
The manager artootle at the Golden Corral in Lubbock made a comment to me and another veteran that all we wanted was something for free and we never wanted to donate anything it needs to be removed from his job. I am a 10-year veteran while I was overseas i am sure he was enjoying all the freedom that we as soldiers provided while he was over here enjoying everything he should have more respect.
DO NOT EAT HERE! The steak was PURPLE! I am almost certain that there were bugs on the wall in the restaurant. There were piss and blood (or ketchup stains) on the wall of the bathroom and it reeked. 3/4 of the people in my group had $#*!ting problems and there were stains in the cups in which we drank out of. The drinks tasted weird and had potential to be laced. 0/10 never coming again.
Golden Corral has stopped serving A1? This is unacceptable. We have eaten there a lot and the food is usually good. But, without A1? We probably wont go back. You cant serve steak without A1. The in house steak sauce is ok, but it is not A1.
I am from Lake Charles Louisiana the Golden Corral here I have to give 5 plus stars to the food was amazing fresh and hot. I had the best servicer name Xavier Williams he checked on often as well as keeping up with the dishes. He needs 5 stars as well! Thank You so much for all that y'all that you do to make it a great place to eat!
Visiting friends and we went to the Golden Corral in Taylor, MI and the place was so dirty and nasty. First you couldn't hardly find a clean cup, or plate let alone silverware then looking for a table was an issue because they were all dirty with dishes on them, the floor had trash and food on it, the food wasn't that great and when leaving it didn't look like they cleaned their exit area in a month. When visiting will never return to this place again.

Hello I would like to say the fried shrimp taste like white people food y'all need more seasoning y'all only had cookies and ice cream and those other pies look like diarrhea speaking of diarrhea I was fighting for my life on that toilet and shot out the most humpty Dumpty clumpy rusty musty scrumptious red blue black white and purple poop out I will never be back ONLY GO BACK FOR CONSTIPATION
1. The salad bar was empty and when we asked for the items we received eye rolls and attitude. They had no tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, croutons, thousand island or ranch.
2. The food on the hot bar was ice cold! Not even room temperature. The backed fish was swimming in an inch or oil (yuck)
3. We couldn't get our plates cleared from the table or drink refills.
4. When we brought it to the manager's attention he walked off. Not once did they offer a discount or a refund.
I could go on but what's the point.
Today is the last time I'm eating at Golden corral, the quality and quantity of food choices has really gone down. I couldn't believe it, this location is in Texas. I left very disappointed, they raised their prices for what? Its not worth it. The restaurant didn't have as many people as usual, I see why.
I wouldn't recommend the Golden Corral on Providence, Brandon. This place smells terrible. There is almost no room between tables to walk through without rubbing someones back. The floors are disgusting. This place is disgusting to go eat. However, the waitress abd cook servers were very pleasant and charismatic.

A proactive approach is what I was trying to do in preparing a manager to know as my guest arrive I would pay for all that attend my sons birthday celebration. Did I or should I prepay and then get a refund if I overpay for my guest? I was told to wait, it was Sunday and no tables could be held and when all my guest arrive then I pay. I was a little set back because I was ready to sit and have a cold beverage. I asked if I could buy a drink from a guarding of the register manager and he was confused and acted so. But said it will be on the house and started towards the register, reached his hand for my payment and charged me for a glass of drink. My brother was with me and wanted water, the manager had to make a second trip because he either didn't hear me or wasn't listening. We waited 40 people deep for all to arrive and then requested to sit at the left of the restaurant, but was guided to the very far right of the restaurant passed dirty tables and awkward table placement. A very nice server that didn't understand English well came and we immediately gave her a tip so we would be taken care of with no hesitation, delay, and confusion. And all of a sudden we have 4 servers at our table asking for our reciept for our proof of drink purchase our server was confused as to why they were there. I told the servers the manager charged me seperate for my drink and the others were charged on a different reciept (Had to find the reciepts) another language barrier.
We all decided to go get food and most of the items on salad bar side were low and evidence of spillage everywhere. So no fruit or salad fixings basically. I return passed the dirty staging tables of eaten food and plates and glasses and napkins to my table and there are 4 To go cups of dark soda. We like tea, but the cashier selected the size and flavor, we had to order all of our drink choices and all 10 glasses stayed at our table of six, plus more refills, believe it or not we still had room for our plates of food but it took a while to get our table clean and decent. While we were in a corner and could not see if any more guest were arriving. And if space and crowdedness was not already an issue a robotic container came and parked itself behind my sons seat, we could then not get out. People began to put their used articles in the robot, nice for them but not for us.
One nice gesture that occurred was I was given some scotch tape to put money on my sons shirt for his birthday tradition because I didn't have pins. More happened that just wasn't ok, but I believe the manager was more concerned about people not paying than the availability of food, cleanliness, and really understanding his customers.

Also I had asked a different manager if they were going through a shift change he assured me from 14 to 13 people we would be ok...I believe on Sundays since the other manager made it clear they are busier they should have more staff than 13.
A lot of the workers there were kind and gentle besides one guy. He acted racist towards me (I'm black) he would talk to all the white folk and even made comments to my white boyfriend but when I asked for water, he said no and walked away.
This was at the one on Boston road in Springfield mass, may 23, after 7 pm
The Mac and cheese was decent but that white $#*! food need more seasoning. Took 2 bites of that steak (had to use all my strength to cut into it) and immediately rushed to the toilet. Was fighting for my life on that toilet. Will never forget that experience. The slushees tasted wonky. Had to push through though because I was setting world records (I had 7). I am convinced there is no worse buffet. If you want to set the world record for biggest heap of explosive diarrhea, go here. Thank you for your time.

The server yesterday had no gloves was handling the trash can then touching food that had fallen out of the food bin on the service counter onto the surrounding counter putting the food back in the food bin all without gloves. I asked two managers to remove this food from service, neither manager thought removing the contaminated food was needed. He just let people take food that his ungloved servicer had touched. I stood there for a few moments and told those wanting the food what I had seen first hand. They immediately took those plates to the trash.
Charging kiddos as adults due to their genes, refused us service after I attempted to provide proof of ages and disabilities. With not a leg to stand on asked us to leave premises while my children cried and were hurt. Male manager pretended not be one and an older petty lady cashier ignorant to American rights for children especially with disabilities. Only a sour witch would put down children to make Golden Corral a buck on the expense of innocent kids shame on her...VEJA AMARGARDA! I had to rate at least 1 to move forward and submit which is a false statement they put upon us

I have my proof I just do not want to put my kids school IDs nor their disability documentation but if you needed it I Will Provide It!
My Husband Suggested Golden Corral After Church. The Food Is Low Quality. There's Not Much Too Choose From And They We're Mixing The Sauce Into The Baked Bean At The Buffet. They Have Changed Drastically Over The Years For The Worst! I Expected A Lot More For 70 Dollars. The Only Person That Ate Was My Husband. We Just Couldn't Get Over The Watered Down Soggy Rice And Cold Cornbread. We Eat With Our Eye's Before Anything. Seeing Is Believing. I Really Wish These Restaurants Would Give Us What We Pay For. Never Again Golden Corral! Don't Serve Us Anything U Wouldn't Eat!

Ordered today from Golden Corral in Albuquerque. Fish should come with french fries and hush puppies. No french fries and no hush puppies. Fish was horrible. Phone is busy all the time. I will not order anymore
$17 per person. Mediocre food at best. Most of the food look like it had sat all day without being changed. Crusted over. There was a foul smell coming from the tuna or crab salad. I promise we will never be going back. $17 dollars. No one was making steak. The guy who came on shift I heard him say no steak what the heck. He started steaks, welcomed everyone. Our girl was fantastic, she kept our drinks filled and our table cleared. The dessert table was sad. The banana pudding which is yummy had about one scoop in it and two hours later, had the same scoop. Ole dried out food. The soups gross. No way we were eating those. Old and crusted over. For $17 bucks do better!
On the way in there were customers leaving that told us the service was terrible so they got refund and left. We went in and were not greeted the young lady kept her back to us. She stated she had a long day. Which is not our problem. We sat at a table we were told to move to the crowded area. I stated that I did not want to move over there. A lady told us it was fine. Then another lady said to move and an extremely rude manager wanted to argue with me about it. So we ask for a refund so we could leave. Manager us rude and argumentative. We will never go again. Absolutely terrible experience. We didn't even take our coats off yet. The entrance had fries everywhere on the floor. We will never return!

The food was so Bland no taste will never return absolutely gross.If you dare to enter bring your own seasonings and bring hot sauce.
The food there is good cooked to perfection No difficulties. The waitress was really nice. The drinks were great if i could i would give this place a 9/10 i didn't try everything but i had a wonderful and fun experience This is coming from a 12 year old.
