These people blatantly lie about their products, where they're from, what they stand for, etc. I purchased two expensive skin care products from their store in San Juan, only to find that I had a terrible rash both times I tried to use them. I went to my hometown store in San Diego and they claimed they had never heard of the products I bought and it must be a sham store. Then they tried to sell me more high-priced products. I checked the website and both stores are listed, along with the products I bought. No integrity -- they refuse to stand behind their products.
According to sales manager the product I bought was 995.00 however they gave me a discount of 845.00 WOW!
I wanted to return, but because of the discount they would not. They lied, gave a price of 299.00 never told me the product was 995.00 or that it could not be returned. I paid 150.00 which the salesman told me 149.00 when I agreed to buy it.
So Im wondering if that store has a strick return policy on discounted items should they not tell you that? Also no one ever said they were selling me discounted items. This is totally unacceptable as I truly did not even have a choice as to whether or not to even purchase the items. She would not let me go or say anything. I am so dissatisfied with this company and especially that store. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and let them know how customers are treated. Privately owned store should not make a difference as they are selling your product therefore you should stand by it and deal with the independent dealers.
This has truly been the worst experience of my life. There is something your company can do but just choose not to get involved. I will also be posting on every website dealing with this product explaing this situation. To force someone to purchase a product they dont want is unprofessional to say the least and bordering on criminal.
I LOVE Chewy! They have the BEST customer service. Every time I have called or messaged with a question they resolve it immediately. My cat is allergic to the food I had recently purchased and Chewy gave me a full refund and told me to donate it to a local shelter.
Oh, this is one more website that offers awesome products. My friend recommended it to me and I'm very grateful to her. My experience is only positive!
This company is a total ripoff. Placed an order several weeks ago in the USA and based on the guarantee of delivery in 2-4 days. I have no received any of the products I ordered, they do not respond to emails, they do not answer the phone. You are instructed to leave a message and they never ever return any messages. SAVE YOUR MONEY, ABND AVOID THIS COMAPNY AT ALL COST OR YOU BE RIPPED OFF.
Just got introduced to the product, and I love everything about it. I hope I will always be able to purchase because it's pretty pricy, but it's all worth it. No Regrets.
Use it once and was satisfied with the quality and actually all other aspects. Perhaps I'll order something more here.
Hele dure crème gekocht van 155 euro met pompje. Werkt het pompje niet meer en het is een gesloten tube, dus zou je de tube kapot moeten slaan om je crème eruit te krijgen. Inmiddels al 6 mails gestuurd maar krijg alleen maar automatische antwoordmails terug. Koop het aub niet ze verlenen totaal geen service.
