The frames can be hit or miss, but over all I have been super happy with my 8 or 9 orders. Glasses that would cost $80.00 or more from Zenni are $40.00. The one issue I did have was taken care of, they issued a credit for equal value so I could order something else. Shipping transit times are a little long, but that's because I pay the minimum shipping. If you need them quicker, pay a little extra.
I have purchased six pairs of glasses from this company and can only wear one pair as the rest of them are sub standard and not fit for purpose. When ever I have complained they have ended up sending me a replacement pair which turn out to be useless. The quality of the lenses is very questionable. I have recently asked for a refund for the last pair I purchased but they are now ignoring my emails and don't want to know! I am completely done with this company and won't every use them again.
I won't be buying from them again they say hassle free return bunch of crap. They don't offer a prepaid shipping label to return nothing in the policy says I have to pay to return the lenses are defective and I just want to send them back and get a refund most online glasses places give you a prepaid return label. Very unhappy

I ordered a pair of glasses from them on 4/29/2022. Paid for USPS Priority Mail to get them quickly. When I contacted them they said that they were made over sea's and one they hit the US Facility then at that point they would be shipped out. No where does their site give this information. Like they do not want you to know this information.

Polarized sunglasses were mis-manufactured by them, sent to me, this is their policy:
"Since this is a designer pair, you will need to return us this pair back to the below address & confirm the tracking details & then we will proceed with the replacement."
So, you get your annual updated prescription, wait 6 weeks for them to deliver an incorrectly manufactured product, then their policy is that you pay for return shipping and wait again for another pair, hoping they do better next time? Will this be resolved before my next prescription update next year? Hard to say with this start to the relationship.
My prescription drifts significantly from year to year lately, waiting 6 months for a new set of glasses in almost as bad as using last years' prescription.
Modifying to add one star: although their policy is for you to pay for shipping of designer frames back to their US facility, they made an exception in my case,_after_ I complained. Now, the frame I originally ordered is no longer in stock and I'm less thrilled with the remaining selection, but... they have a chance to earn another star if they get the replacements to me in a reasonable time.
Tip for consumers:
Keep it simple, keep it cheap, or look elsewhere - they take a long time to ship progressive lenses, and they don't do a good job with polarized ones.

Very confusing to reorder a pair that I ordered in the past with a prescription. I had to ask chat if my reorder included the same prescription. He confirmed it but it never showed that information in my order details or shopping cart. VERY poor reordering experience. Chat is horrible and the whole system is extremely frustrating to navigate and when trying to rate my experience told me my password was incorrect even though I just logged in and do that through dashlane. There is no mistake, they did not allow me to place a review...

I've ordered more than a dozen pair in the last year or so. I used different accounts, so it's hard to tell how many exactly. The first pair of "readers" the Rx was waaay off, but they quickly made that right. My second pair of plastic readers had one arm "disintegrate" where it joins the frame after 5 weeks, but of the 7 or 8 pair of cheap readers, this was the only one to suffer from that. I've bought readers for as little as $6.95 plus shipping, so they're a steal. Better to get metal frames though for a few $$$ more. Be sure to search for the best codes out there, I've gotten 71% (or was it 73%?) off on some pairs. Production, processing and shipping have always been slower than I liked, so I've paid for the quickest form of shipping in the past. OK, here's the current problem. I ordered dark sunglasses with "the works" for around $33 on December 23. They are still in production! Their Chat Rep told me that they were in "Tint" yesterday, February 2,2022, but 41 days and still not complete is a major disappointment. If you need glasses in a "hurry", less than 2 weeks, go somewhere else. I have no idea when I will get my sunglasses, hopefully before the summer of 2022 has ended. Oh yeah, they can never really tell you when they will be shipped or arrive with any certainty. Staff, mostly through Chat but a couple of phone calls, have always been polite and professional. I really do hope that they get over their current issues quickly.

I have ordered several pairs of glasses and have been pleased with the quality for the price. What I am dissatisfied with is their lack of communication and lack of timely service. I ordered 2 pair July 19,2021. One pair I received last week, 8/18/21. The other pair I still have not received and do not know when to expect them. It is very frustrating. I know they want you to pay extra for RUSH shipping. I think that's uncalled for. Just give normal service.

6 years ago bought eye glasses from this company, quality glass lenses. Ordered new pair this year, absolute rubbish glass quality at three times the price. Cust service has what looks like standard reply email, save your money, there are better eye glass companies available

I paid for expedited shipping so that I could get my glasses ASAP (they said 10-12 days). It's been 16 and I haven't seen them. Expedited is not the appropriate word here.
Called the help number and they said it's still in transit and I should see them in the next seven days. So... I guess expedited means 12-22 days?

Pros- I bought two pairs of glasses, they look great and it feels like the got the script right. (I've seen other comments that they mess up scripts) the frames feel well made.
Cons- They take extremely long to get. I've used 4 other companies before to get glasses and have never waited for than two weeks. It took 32 days from placing order, till receiving them. I'm just guessing, but if the 3rd party there business out to other states or counties, that should be disclosed. I requested tracking and info on who they were using to send the glasses and the customer service rep avoided the question and instead told me they were refunding the express shipping and that the glasses were being sent to the shipping facility. WHICH is vague.
I did finally receive a tracking number, literally the day before I got them. Checked that number and it only took 4 days from CA. Which is a pretty normal ship time... So why is goggles4U charging for expedited shipping with a 10-12 day wait? This company feels sketchy.

I ordered glasses on May 12. And could not get any information from this company for nearly two weeks regarding the order. Then when they finally responded it was from an automated email address *@goggles4u.com, an attempt to make one believe a real person would be reading and responding...
But no. Some three days after my first attempt at contact I finally got an email stating I would get an email when the order shipped. Today, June 1, I find them finally telling me in the chat - not anywhere else mind you- that my order is with the USPS and ready to ship. Finally getting a tracking number. And when I went to USPS their statement is "you will be able to track this shipment when we receive it from the vender"... or words to that effect.
There is no Steve. There is nearly no communication from them unless you push for it. And they charge your card as soon as the order is placed. So here we are- three weeks tomorrow since they got my money and just finally getting a tracking number that I had to push to get from their service rep. I can only hope the glasses are what all the others are saying. But if you want a company that actually communicates with you, you have to look elsewhere.

Paid for exepited shipping took over 3 weeks they lead you to believe they are made in US they are not. Paid for transitional lenses didn't get them on either pair. The frames are light and poor quality
I required progressive lenses and wrote exactly what my prescription quotes. These are not progressive and are good for distance but nothing else.
I've ordered several pairs of glasses over several years. The results are mixed. One pair was good, one OK, one or two really not working. My main area of dissatisfaction is ordering progressive lenses... those are the multi focal glasses without bifocal lines. Distance viewing is typically very good; reading books or smartphone though, is a double vision experience. For those technically minded, the near-vision inter-pupillary distance is wrong, and it cannot be specified. Also they no longer offer the high refractive Index plastic. Another issue is obvious, namely, you don't know if the frame looks good or is comfortable until your glasses arrive. On the plus side, their prices are good and delivery is quick. Use them if you have a simple prescription.
