I've been trying to reach out to this company, but they've been completely unresponsive. My account is now locked, and the funds meant for my toddler boys' basic needs are withheld. This situation is incredibly unfair.

Hard to see if you will send money to a certain kind of fundraising you will not deal with scammers. I used my creditcard and within 3 days my creditcard was used without my knowledge. So pls be careful to use this website. Better to ask for bankaccount direct via mail to the party you wanna support

Never got the money I raised from the site so watch yourself when dealing with them... I was supposed to receive my cash within two weeks but it's been two months now and still nothing... can't get a hold of them.

No telephone number available. No customer service. I checked with Better Business Bureau. This company does not technically exist due to their dodgy tactics hiding from the public. They are actually overseas! Posing as American company! Beware.

Setting up the campaign is easy. However, if at all your campaign wants to be displayed on the main page, your campaign should be fetched $100. The tricky part here is, you open the campaign since you dont have enough money and you need money for your campaign to be shown on main webpage. Donars will never come to know, if it is displayed on main webpage. So only way you have is either you have to donate $100 for your campaign by yourself or you ask other to donate money. In either of the way, these people will get their commission. Its truly not for the non-profit service.
