They sent the wrong part, postage due. Upon returning it they won't acknowledge the return (sent by insured USPS with tracking so I know they got it) and after 15 email stopped replying to me. No one answers the phone. I'm out $113. My worst online shopping experience EVER! Don't buy from these bozos!

Worst customer service

Worst customer service - completely unavailable. I ordered a part, never received shipping information. Was told it would arrive in 3-5 business days. It still didn't come for two weeks, so I contacted them via their website message (could never reach anyone on the phone)and was told that storms delayed shipping and that (conveniently) it had "just gone out the day before." But I still didn't receive shipping information, so 5 days later I checked my order status, and it had actually only shipped out 2 days ago. At this point, I didn't even need the part. I continued to try and call, leave messages, emails, with no answers. I finally received the part, so now I am going through the same process as I did trying to get the part - trying to return it. Continually, no communication, constant excuses. I have records of all of my attempts and apparently they have apparently have no records to show. I'm almost afraid to ship the part back; I'm afraid I will never see my money again.

Changed my mind immediately after purchasing and there is nowhere on the site to cancel your order. E mailed immediately and got no response. They charged my card anyway. E mailed them to rectify that and still no response. Phone calls all go to a voice mail. Also, no returned calls. The e mail page times out multiple times before able to submit! Never got an order confirmation, shipping delivery estimate, or invoice for the charge! Now dealing with credit card dispute process. There are plenty of other sites that wont charge a 15 or 25% fee for canceling an order. I recommend going thru Amazon where a customer has more security.

This parts site had the headlights I needed at the cheapest price. When I got them however one of them was completely defective. It leaked water into the lens. When I tried to get the company to send me a new light they said they had to have the old one back first and they told me I have to buy a new one. This all seemed strange to me but alas I never even got the new light because they simply stopped returning my emails and refused to return the phone messages I left them. If anyone from the company is reading this, my order number is ******* and I'm still waiting to hear back from the numerous emails I've sent. And ya my head light still leaks water.

Don't order from these guys! I ordered a part that said it would fit my car. They called to verify they OEM number, which was good. But when the OEM number didn't match, I had to cancel my oder an dthey charge $40. Ridiculous! I don't know how they expect to get any repeat business that way.

The biggest crooks out on the web. Like others that posted reviews, I ordered the part and waited. No response. I called numerous times, and no one answered. I emailed and go the generic response that the part was ordered. The part never came in. I asked for a refund, and never received a refund. When I made several more attempts to contact someone, I never heard back from them. $230 gone. Anyone that reads this comment, please do not attempt to do any business with this "company". True con artist. True crooks. They will keep your money and not produce any merchandise.

"By far the WORST company I have ever dealt with! DO NOT waste your time and money on this company. They suck you in with low prices but what you don't realize is that htey over charge for shipping and they will charge ridiculous amounts for cancellation of orders or restocking fees. I ordered a headlight without doing the proper research on the product, but I called back 20 minutes after placing the order and I could not get anyone on the phone. So I email them immediately and still no response until the next day when I am told I will be charged 15% just to cancel the order. Mind you the item had not been shipped or probably looked at and I am charged 15% for that. Any company that is willing to lose a customer for life over a few dollars is not worth doing business with! Beware of placing any order with these crooks... I will be making a complaint with the BBB!"

I'm unsure what is going on with Go-Parts. I ordered 3 items for my car, based on pricing and availability. I received an email which acknowledged that they had my $$$, then nothing for a week. Today I received a text message stating that my purchase price had been refunded? No explanation, thanks for wasting my time! NEVER USE GO-PARTS!

Made an order that 3 days later I found out it was declined supposedly by a 3rd party, never received notice UNTIL I asked about my part. They tried to say I never placed an order even though I have an email saying different. Had to argue the point just to get them to release my money so bank could return it to my card.

Ordered a part jan 2 2014 for a vehicle that had to leave today, contacted them after being on their joke of a hold system for over an hour on the 6th was assured it would be delivered by today, just sat on hold for another hour and was told they did not ship it and they have no idea of why. STAY AWAY DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

Hi my name is frank i placed an order with go parts.com i didnt receive a tracking# when i placed my order nor did i receive a phone call back thier customer service doesnt answer thker phones so my advice to people wanting to save money by ordering from this fraudulent person the reason why i say person is this company is being ran out of someones house and they are depending on thier so called parts wharehouse in georgia and new jersey to send customers thier products so i think we need to report this company to the attorneygeneral's office

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH GO-PARTS.COM... I DID get my money back but I had to trick them into answering phone by using my wife's phone to call them and act like I was ordering a new part... The PROMISE of contacting Attorney General scared them... Parts I needed were $240 from legit source. Their price was $140? This makes me believe go-parts is not only a ripoff, but also a phishing scam...
