The arrived I cut them and used the flower powder enclosed the they perked up a bit and then I watered the next day. The third day they started to droop. I took them out cut a half an inch off them again new water they perked up a little bit and then by the fourth day I threw them up.

The roses were left outside on a day with below freezing temperatures. They were not insulated in any way nor was I notified of a delivery time or that they had been delivered. You need a new system! Will you replace them?
