Experience was amazing as always. Great customer service... I accidentally put my address instead of my mom's sent them an email and within 15 minutes it was corrected they're amazing. And the quality of the roses you can't beat their gorgeous

Quality not the same as past orders

I have ordered from global rose for all family weddings. Usually the quality is great. This time, however, not so great. I'll start with the positives... the red roses were gorgeous. There was some kind of insect nest in the baby's breath that came with the roses, so we tossed those. The fillers I ordered were beautiful and fresh. The white/cream spray roses were 2 different colors. 1/3 were white/cream and 2/3 were a grayish pink tint and they never perked up like the white ones. The red alstoemerias were not red, like the website depicted. They were more like a burgandy color. They also never bloomed despite many attempts. Using the red roses, white spray roses and fillers allowed us to make the boquets and boutoners beautifully. But the 15 pue boquets were a flop because of the discolored sprsy roses and unbloomed/wrong color alstoemerias.
