Scam company ruined valentines day took $100 payment out of my bank account sent me a email stating they cancelled my order because my payment didn't go through don't make the same mistake as me choosing this garbage no name business unless you like scams and pissed off girlfriends

Several of the lilies were brown day 1. None of them opened up at all. I have worked in floral before and even though calla lilies don't open much these didn't open at all and they were cared for properly right out of the box. This was a trial for upcoming wedding and sadly due to this I can't confidently order wedding flowers from this company.

One of the two boxes shipped from Global Rose was lost by FedEx. Global Rose offered to resend the flowers but they were going to arrive after our wedding date so they offered to refund us. The refund was done promptly and the money was returned to our account within a couple days. Very happy with their service. The flowers we did received were beautiful and well packed.

Beautiful roses arrived at my house on the day they promised! Excellent condition. Followed the directions in unwrapping them, cutting the stems, placing in water with flower food/sugar.

Excellent selection - you had all the colors and varieties we needed! The flowers and greenery arrived on time and were absolutely beautiful for our daughter's wedding decor. Their website provides information with each type of flower to allow an understanding of what to expect with each type, e.g., delicate or hardy, long-lasting or not, bloom size, when the flowers will open, etc. The customer service was excellent! I would highly recommend Global Rose for any type of floral purchase.
