I don't believe I received the mini hydrangea flowers. They are big and standard as I've seen them. In addition, several were bruised with brown spots on them. The box also arrived in a poor condition. Not sure this is a Global Rose problem or a FedEx problem. I expressed my thoughts to the FedEx driver and his response was that, many of the flower packages are packaged similarly... This was my first order and after reading a few negative feedbacks online, I really hoped I would not be unhappy as other customers did. My daughter's Bridal Shower is this coming Saturday. I don't have time to replace my purchase.

I ordered 50 roses and when they arrived half of them were smashed on the ends due to not being properly packaged. I was trying out your roses for my wedding and this was the test run. I don't feel confident purchasing your roses for my wedding if they may end up being crushed when they arrive. This is really too bad because the ones that did not get smashed are absolutely beautiful but I can't take that chance on such a special day

The roses are beautiful. I thought I would receive 3 dozen with each dozen a different color based on the photo. The filler was minimal - 2 stalks each of baby's breath & salal in each bouquet. Also online info didn't make clear that if I couldn't sign for the roses on Friday they wouldn't be delivered until Monday. Had I known this I would have ordered on Monday to be sure any delivery snafus could be resolved. Only 3 roses we're lost due to delivery issue. They were dry but still alive. I cut the stems and they've recovered. FedEx isn't required to call at private gates to gain entrance. I would like to see a signature waiver selection when ordering. I've always loved this company's ability to deliver beautiful healthy floral products. I hope management will consider adding a signature waiver and making clear the issues with Friday deliveries. I will order again.

As per the signature release, you always have the option to request a signature release so FedEx leaves the package on your porch without requiring a signature. Just send us an email with your order # and authorization for a signature release.

I use Global Rose for events we do at my company. We host three fundraising dinners a year so we need 15-20 floral centerpieces each time. I got glass bubble vases from Walmart for $3/ea. And we order from Global Rose to have flowers arrive 5 days before our events. We process our florals for 24-30 hours before arranging them into the vases. The flowers look great by the event. I have also ordered flowers to present to artists after their stage performances. The convenience is great and it helps save time and stick to our budget.

2 of the rose bunches and 2 of the carnation bunches each had only 24 stems, not 25. I had a total of 12 broken roses (9 of them being all from one bunch), 9 broken carnations, and 1 broken Gerber daisy. I also had several snapdragons that were broke. I have never had this much breakage especially with the one batch of roses. I also had never had an issue not receiving all of my stems.
