Everything was fine. Wish I was given a time frame of when the delivery was going to happen. Life happens and it is better if I knew what time to expect the delivery instead of waiting around all day and hoping I did not have to leave and miss the delivery.
FedEx tracking showed I had signed for package on May 1…NO FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED AND I HAD SIGNED NOTHING. May 3, flowers were deliver…driver threw the box onto my porch and drove off. The box was crushed and HOT. The flowers were wilted. My neighbors went to Kroger and bought 4 dozen roses so I had roses for my Run for the Roses party. 3 rating is due to customer service trying to help and refunding my money.

Great product, especially if you give 24-48 hours to open up. We got 50 flowers and only about 6 of them were unusable due to browning/damage. Overall a good experience and the non-damaged flowers were stunning and fair priced. Shipping was fast and on time.

It was a pretty chaotic time (my wedding) that we got these flowers for so I'm not sure if I got 100 cool water roses or just didn't get the 50 eschimo I ordered. The alestros were pretty busted looking but we got them to perk up. I'd order again tho

I usually do not take the time to do reviews. However, I am so happy to give a review for Global Rose. I ordered Mother's Day flowers in bulk just days before Mother's Day. It was so easy to do through Global Rose. The flowers were received nicely packaged and in great shape after traveling in boxes. They smelled very fresh, with a pleasant aroma. I will definitely order from Global again!

Easy to order, delivered on time. The roses were not in a condition I would have hoped for. Depending on whether they recover by Sunday, I might not even psss them out to the mother's in our church.

They were a bit more wilted than last year, but I think it's because they didn't have the stems wrapped in a wet cloth this time. We'll see how well they perk up in a day of being in the water.
