I placed an order with items that had two different delivery dates. I had to reach out to customer service the day of delivery to get a tracking #. I got an expected delivery time from FedEx only for FedEx to deliver after this time. FedEx never actually attempted to deliver the package and were able to hold it due to failure to give "indirect signature" causing me to chase FedEx for 24 hours. If Global Rose had provided a tracking # upon dispatch, I could provided delivery instructions or rearranged plans to wait for the shipment.

My local stores didn't have many rose options to choose from (or the quantities I needed) when I placed this order. I chose Wednesday as my delivery date just in case things ran late and good thing I did because the roses arrived on Thursday and as soon as they arrived I put them in water to start the blooming process. The extra day would have been great to make sure they were open and blooming for my event on Saturday. Overall it was a fair enough experience considering it was February and half the country was experiencing a freeze. The light pink/beige roses were definitely far nicer than the darker pink ones as those were mostly discolored around the edges and were withering so I couldn't use them as my focal point flowers. I also did not receive the full 100 flowers, instead I received 98 flowers. Again, we made things work because we already spent the money on this quantity but I don't think I would come back, at least not for this assortment.

I order from GlobalRose for our Valentine's Day fundraiser. I am always nervous about the way they will look upon arrival. They look fine, a couple were broken, but overall good. The red roses were a little more open than I would have liked. They will not last as long as I would like, but they will work for our fundraiser.

The flowers arrived on time, yay! They opened up once placed in water, and the number of petals was astounding. I expected grocery store roses, and these were well beyond that! Everyone loved them.

Ordered 2 days before so it will be ready the day of and arrived late so not enough time too bloom and since it was late it was left in the cold and they arrived dried out and black
