Overall the experience was good although the order did come a day late, and the yellow roses were a very pale yellow. But the quality of the rose was good and exactly what I needed.

Website needs to be more mobile friendly
The roses on top were in good shape, however, the roses on the bottom did not fare as well. I was a but disappointed in the brown roses. The live roses were beautiful. I had to make some adjustments to account for the brown roses.

It appears that during transit, the bunch was displaced from its original position in the box, and some of the fresh blooms have been compressed against the cardboard. Typically, in such instances, the 12 blooms on the upper row of the bouquet are more susceptible to damage. However, the 13 flowers packed in the inner layer should be intact.
Could you kindly unwrap the bouquet entirely and confirm if this is indeed the situation you've encountered? If so, we would greatly appreciate knowing the exact number of damaged flowers, and we are committed to promptly getting back to you with alternatives.
