To whom it may concern,
I received my order yesterday, April 25,2024. Fedex came on the April 24th but no one was home, so the delivery came the following day.
I am very disappointed in the assorted carnations. The flowers look discolored and not fresh. The colors look off-white and brow-ish pink! I was expecting them to look like your picture on the website.

However, please note that our confirmation email clearly states that; "all our deliveries require a signature so please ensure that someone is available at your address to receive them." Global Rose is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the address provided by the sender. FedEx does not call recipients prior to delivering packages and the exact time of delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Nevertheless, you mentioned that the colors you recieved were not what you expected and we would love to make it up to you! These roses are to be handed out for mothers day. They looked pretty average and the rose was on the smaller side. I thought these would be like the long roses with the rose but long too but it was like a regular rose from the grocery store. Non the less, it was nice to receive in bulk order and on time as well.

Their customer service is amazing! I was worried about no one being home when the flowers were delivered and through email they were able to fix it for me so a signature wasn't needed. The flowers were gorgeous. I got them on a Wednesday morning and used them Friday night. They stayed perfect.

Purchased roses for my mom's birthday. Four stars because I thought there would be a card delivered with the bouquet, but it was missing so my mom didn't know who sent her the flowers and I had to tell her it was me who sent her roses
