Made My Day Again

The young Lady on their chat line smoothed everything out and I had another great experience with my Roses arriving on time and lots of compliments on how beautiful the were. 800 carnations were here on time (3 days early). They were packaged well. I trimmed them and put them in water and they bloomed beautifully. Will order again next year!

Mother's day Carnations

The flowers came in good condition in a thick box. Unfortunately, Fed Ex did not deliver due to a miscommunication on the business being closed. I had to drive 30 miles away to pick them up. Some of the carnations did not open after being cut & placed in water, thought they would be more open after 48 hours, but have started to open after 3 days, looking good now.

The flowers were not as high quality as in the past. Also, I ordered an assortment of colors, but only two colors were shipped. I don't consider two colors an assortment.

Regarding the color, we ship a color from every 25 flowers, since less than 50 flowers were ordered it was not possible for us to add additional colors.

Struggles with website

First, the flowers were great, and will be ordering again. However, I didn't like how fast your cart clears out. As I would click through the different options, debating and getting opinions on what to order, I would all the sudden realize the cart was empty, and would have to go back and re-add what I had already selected. Also, I wish there were more options for Quantity. I believe with the Leather leaf, the options were 60 stems or 100 stems. I wish there would have been a way to order 70 or 80. Or be able to choose in terms of bundles.

Carnation Review

The carnations arrived mostly closed up with two days to open which did not happen!
I thought I would receive 160 single fully bloomed carnations for our Mother's Day
Celebration at our church. The carnations were small, and closed and the stems were very
Brittle and broke easily. It was a mess.
The bundles had many small carnations with shorter stems so I could not pass them out individually with shorter stems either.
We purchased 160 and when counted only 153 were counted.
Saturday night at nine I had to go to Fred Meyer to purchase more fully developed bouquets for our altar. I did get the bundles from Fred Meyer for 50% off though on the eve of Mother's Day!
I was up late and fiddled around with these carnations for two days trying to make it all right for Mother's Day.
We will not be using GlobalRose again.

All of our flowers are not shipped with the blooms open. That would heavily impact their lifespan.
Usually, they take up to 3 days to fully bloom since their arrival.

Beautiful Flowers

Received my flowers as scheduled (a Thursday) and handed them out on Sunday morning to all the moms. Flowers were beautiful, although not quite the color that I was expecting. This is our second year ordering through GlobalRose for Mothers Day and we'll continue to do so.
