Once you have given them your credit card and e mail info you soon find out there is no way to actually login or contact customer support this site should be closed down. I for one will do what ever is in my power as a consumer to see that it is!

The same situation with above persons. The company behind them is MediaFeed.me. They use some fake files to allure users to register, and when I paid the file does not exist. I contact the customer service, and they promised to give a refund to me. But after several days, they still do not make any refund to me.
Signed up, downloaded their file search software as suggested. Went back to the site noticed there was no place to log in. Did a search for the software I wanted and their site did not pop up as a place where this software is suppose to be. Unless someone can prove to me different this site is a scam.
I would give it a negative if it was an option. ITS DEFINITELY A SCAM! There is no sign in, no 'customer service' response. AND NOW THEY HAVE MY CREDIT CARD INFO!
