This store has been my lifesaver on so many occasions. I am kind of a clumsy guy who always remembers to buy a gift when needed in the last hour 🥴 And just remembered that I have never written a review at least to thank them for their amazing service and show how happy I am that I have discovered them. Now, whenever I have occasion for a gift, I turn to their website and see if I can find something appropriate. And I always do 😀 The gifts come in nice and fancy packages, the prices are affordable and the delivery is fast. Also, they have a remarkable assortment so it is not tricky to find something for whatever occasion it is.

Poor service, I found one gift was not delivered on time and asked for help right away, but you asked me to contact UPS for this gift. This is incredible as I booked the gift from you and you should contact UPS for tracking. I wrote many emails expressing my concerns, but end up the gift was not found and missed the Christmas Holiday. You conducted the survey too late, it's about one week late after my request delivery date. The missed gift was for my important customer!

First and foremost, we are sorry that your client received their gift after Christmas. We have not and would never instruct a customer to contact UPS, the amount of time that can take to not receive any further information would be counterproductive and I greatly apologize if that is the impression you were given. In reviewing the conversations, we did initially believe the package had encountered a delay, which is more common in the month of December due to the holiday volume. After the tracking showed no additional movements, we opened a trace with UPS on our end and immediately issued a gift card to cover the cost of replacing the gift. The initial gift may still arrive and if that happens, we will not charge for the duplicates! We greatly apologize again that this package was lost in transit.

Called company and they said there was nothing they could do. Wouldn't even refund my extra shipping fee. Will not use Gift Tree again.

BUYER BEWARE: Received catalog. Called to order gift baskets and the prices they quoted on phone were NOT the price in catalog. They increased price by approximately 20 dollars per basket. If I were in a store and there was a price on an item...they could not charge me more at the cash register. This is just wrong. They said in the back of the catalog it says prices are subject to change. I looked. In the smallest print possible at the very bottom of catalog it says that. No one would see it if they weren't told where to look. This is WRONG. I won't buy from them again because I cannot trust their catalog is a true reflection of their prices.

Strike two on the second attempt! Package was not packed on ice and did not do anything differently to assure package didn't melt. Customer service said she would overnight. The cheese was like soup, the olives were hot and all of the meat was hot. Looking to be refunded. My client was dissatisfied for the second time. Very disappointed. Ordered this for my brother and his family last Christmas together. He has cancer and dr says he has weeks left, so ordered his favorites. Order with 6 day later delivery and they accepted. Well, gift tree decided to change the order without letting me know. Decided they ran out of the ordered champagne- Veuve Clicot and sent rot gut instead. No sure what else they changed. Even shipment and delivery emails said they sent what I ordered. Found out from my brother. No notification or offer to discuss from gift tree. Finally confirmed from ups notification by clicking on picture of what was delivered and that took me to a page that said that changed order. I can't begin to say how disappointed, embarrassed and mad I am.

Not sure where this goes, but this will live in infamy for me

Never again! The a to z selection we made for $199 was a horrible choice. Many items were missing and the VERY few that were substituted, were horrible substitutions. Your chat rep Christine C. Told me she could refund half of the item. That is absurd! This was a wedding gift for our COO and we are extremely disappointed! You left out an entire Godica biscuits collection, Marcona Almonds, Black Pepper Gouda and the Charcuterie Trio! You substituted a tiny bag of crackers for all of those!

horrible! leaving out so many items and substituting them with nothing is a complete rip off. she offered a $100 refund. I could have bought everything in the box for less than $50! I will be disputing the charges with my bank, we are not paying for such a disappointing gift. The rep said items are subject to substitutions of equal value...there were NO substitutions at all. TOTAL RIP OFF!

First and foremost, I am truly sorry for the substitutions that had to occur. Like other retailers, we feel the impacts of supply chain constraints, and it was never our intention for these changes to come as a surprise. We did refund more than half of the order cost as there is nothing more important to us than the customer experience.

I've reviewed the order and images that were sent to us and we did make the following substitutions:

Order was placed 11/30 and requested to be delivered on 12/16 and the order was not delivered as requested. I made three inquiries to ensure proper delivery and unfortunately Gift Tree dropped the ball even though they were given ample amount of time to ensure delivery. I am very disappointed with how this order was handled.

Customer Service couldn’t do much. They are not in charge of having orders ship on time from what I gathered. I made three inquires to customer service and still my order was not delivered to the recipient with the delivery date requested at time of placing my gift order over 2 weeks ago.

Thank you for shopping with GiftTree. Im so sorry that you felt let down by the delivery of your gift. I have reviewed your order and found that the scheduled delivery date when the order the order was placed was 12/19/22, and there was a deliver attempt made on 12/19 but the receiver wasn't available. UPS then attempted re-delivery the following day and was able to successfully delivery the package. Because the gift contained alcohol, an adult signature is required to be able to deliver the gift.

Despite this matter I hope the gift was enjoyed, and that you had a wonderful holiday. Thank you!

I ordered the Champaign Gold Box for my father in Laws 100th birthday well it never came and when I called I was told sorry our computers had a glitch and it wasn't sent. I was embarrassed my gift didn't get there and I wasn't even informed so I could send something else. This is my first time ordering from this site; I ordered 2 baskets, one to be delivered to San Antonio and one to be delivered to Houston on 12/23. I placed order for San Antonio on 12/16, got notification it shipped 12/19 however in checking tracking UPS reported label made but they never received package from shipper. The Houston basket arrived as promised. The San Antonio basket did not make it by Christmas and, in fact, on 12/25 UPS still reported no package received. I did contact customer service and only after that contact was the basket delivered. I expected more.

This company is dishonest. We ordered over 60 gift baskets for my clients, and the representative told us that the shipping would be free. After spending many hours to complete the address forms and picking out gifts for my clients, we were told about additional shipping fee and upscale charge (?) of over $500 right before finalizing the order. When asked for the explanations, they accused of their carriers for the additional shipping charge and never explained what the upscale charge was for. We have worked with Harry & David and Wine Country Gift Baskets for the past 6-7 years and never had experience like this. We just wanted to try different company this time for our clients and picked Gift Tree based on their review. We were very disappointed and wasted so much time! We had to spend more hours searching for another gift basket company and making orders again. I usually don't write reviews, but this time, I had to make sure to let others know so no one else waste their time!

The package i ordered was supposed to be delivered today. UPS for some reason needed a signature...what the hell is up with that. The adults are working and kids are in school. If the signature was really required they should deliver when people will be home. This is food that may spoil.
