I use Gift Tree at least once a week to send an employee a tribute for hospitalization, death in the family or birth. I can always find a gift that is appropriate for each occasion and always get good reviews from the receiver.

Horrible late Horrible customer service and he claims he was a supervisor will not order or refer. This was a bearevment basket supposed to be delivered sat was delivered Tues! Missed funeral no one was home.
I wanted a fruit basked for my family member, I was told that was not available in the area that it would be delivered to and all that was available was a box with oranges, pears and apples. I think that is very boring, particularly with oranges and apples because one can get those at any supermarket. And I wanted a basket and not a box. And it makes me not want to purchase on the site in the future, but for some of us it gets to be very expensive. I understand the shipping, et cetera, but if I cannot get what I want I wouldn't be willing to purchase again.
Always the perfect gift and always delivered on time. Everyone I sent these gift baskets to love receiving them. Wonderful company to do business with.
This is the first time I have ordered from this company. The lily flowers took over a week to be delivered. They never bloomed and many of the flower pods turned brown. I am very disappointed.
Gift arrived at 9:45 a.m. on the morning I asked for it to be delivered!
I received a notice from GiftTree that the package was delivered 2 days early left on the front porch. It was not delivered to the proper home. My daughter never received her gift!

My daughter and her husband Really enjoyed the cheesecake pops and chocolate covered strawberries. They were fresh And delivered on time.
This is the worst company to order anything from. I placed this order 3 weeks ago to be delivered on August 27 for my sister's birthday and now I find out you don't even know when it will be delivered. How can you trust a company that can't even ensure deliveries are made? I talked to you customer service and they offered no compensation for this fiasco except to say sorry... You can believe that I will never be ordering from this company with this kind of non caring customer service. And I will be posting a review of your company as well to warn others of your uncaring company and non delivery as scheduled with an " Oh well' attitude. I'm very disappointed.

I ordered a gift for a special occasion but unfortunately the recipient moved to a new address.
I called customer service and very graciously allowed me to give the new address and the gift was re sent to the correct address.
