Was very simple to place order and recipient was very pleased with the quality of the gift. Gift tree was very efficient.
This purchase had no issues. Last two, something was wrong with one or two items. They fixed the first one, but the second one, they did not fix. Wanted all kinds of pictures which I sent but no resolve. Overall, most issues were minor and recipients were happy
Just make sure the order gets to the recipient. Thank you. Gift looks great. Gift arrived to recipient and they were pleased. Called me right away.
The product was delivered much later than the given date
Don't appreciate increased cost for two day shipping on such an expensive item. AND AFTER PAYING, IT ARRIVED A DAY LATE AS A BIRTHDAY PRESENT!

They said it was next day delivery ( the only reason I chose this site). After it was shipped they said it would be I er 10 days to deliver.
