I tried Gift Tree for the first time and I'm delighted! It was easy to navigate the website and place the order. There were a number of baskets within my price range. I found one that had the variety I felt would be appropriate for my sister's family. It arrived early and I was notified at once. My sister called to thank me. She was amazed at the beauty of the presentation and the quality of the items. I will definitely be using Gift Tree again.

This was a gift for a family member and her husband. Her and her husband loved the wine and thought the gift was packaged beautifully.
Given the choice of when we wanted our gifts to be delivered we chose the week of Christmas so our recipients could use the gifts while entertaining during Christmas. Our gifts were delivered a full week before the scheduled date and did not look like what was shown in the photo. It was disappointing given we were able to select when we wanted it delivered.
They delivery the basket on time and it was very nice.
When I ordered on-line I made a mistake. They caught the mistake and called me to rectify it before shipping a product without the personalization. Excellent customer service!
