The gift I ordered was delivered... later than expected but that is ok because I know everything including the mail has been a little slow.
I was more disappointed when I had to contact my friend to ask if she had indeed received the gift. I came to find out that they had no idea who the gift was from because it arrived without a card or any other identifying information. To them, it was just a random bottle delivered without thought or sentiment. The opposite of what I wanted. Again. Very very disappointing especially for the price.
My gift was supposed to arrive on the 29th of January. I paid extra for that assurance. I called Monday morning, the rep couldn't open the tracking for the package. I relayed that I was unhappy and she assured me I would get a call or email from a manager. No correspondence was received. Very poor service.
I ordered a wine basket from a different company, and it failed to arrive at my Brother's after 11 days. When I called to question what happened, they were accusatory and rude. The address in the "Ship to" line was nothing like my Brother's, and they had received a signature from some unknown person. I asked them to send it again and they demanded full price, with a 10% discount. So I called Gift Tree! What a different experience! Hearing my tale of woe, they offered me a significant discount. I ordered one of their largest wine baskets and it arrived in 3 days! They were so delightful to deal with! My Brother called and told me how beautiful the basket was, selection of wines, and lots of goodies. He said it was "Over the top!" I will always use Gift Tree in future!

Many years loyal customer but very dissatisfied with my last one order. 3 packages were delivered different time before the scheduled date and after however I placed the order one month in advance. Very disappointed

I paid extra to have it delivered by 12/31. It wasn't delivered till 1/7. For being late, it wasn't half as nice as the picture.
I was late in ordering a gift for my mom's birthday, mostly because I didn't know what to get her. I ordered a gift basket, delivery cost included. Even though I ordered it Sunday evening it got to her on Tuesday, and they live in rural eastern Oregon. I was pleasantly surprised and my mom enjoyed her gift basket.
I ordered from Gift Tree for my Mom's birthday and it was the best surprise! It's nice to change it up a little and Gift Tree had a unique selection. It was delivered in perfect timing and she loved everything in it. If you're a wine and cheese lover I highly recommend.

I paid extra for expedited shipping to arrive on a Saturday for an event. Not only did the product NOT arrive on the day of the event, it arrived three days later. I was not refunded the price I paid for extra shipping.
I like the baskets very much however the pricing is a bit steep. Do you really need to charge an exorbitant fee for a bereavement ribbon? With the price of the basket a ribbon of choice should be included. Shipping fees are also quite expensive. Again I like the baskets but feel like you "nickel and dime" on things that's should be included.

The online ordering was good. However, I paid for express shipping. The first gift was delivered a day later than I paid for. Things happen. I requested a refund for the express shipping. I was denied. I was provide a link that they say explains it. If that's your policy, fine. But when I am ordering gifts I'm not reading the fine print, links etc... Gift giving is supposed to be a nice experience; not a lesson in legal disclaimers (in my opinion!) IMO good customer service would take care of this issue. Especially for a first time customer.
I will not do business with them ever again.
